Pretty hotel, swimming pools and sun beds are many, Food is nice different each evening with a theme. Always warm. Pool bar burgers are a big dodgy and under cooked. Drinks no issues, play room for kids Entertainment is mediocre and 10pm every night which I feel is late for the kids. Kids club awful on for 6-7 same songs and dance every night. Good location with the beach If you like not leaving a complex this is the place for you, if you like to go out and about I wouldn’t recommend Rooms clean and tidy loads a space could do with a refurb Wouldn’t say it is a 4 star resort more a 3 star

Firstly every member of staff here need all the praise in the world [minus the useless lifeguards who spent all day blowinf whistling at absolutely nothing are too busy chatting amongst them self] however all others work so extremely hard and for long period of times super helpful and so friendly. The rooms are absolutely incredible and have everything and more you need spacious and the beds so comfortable plenty of storage and a good base for what you need it for. On arrival check was very chaotic and took a long time for check in however the language barrier did delay some aspect but staff in reception all very kind and friendly. Pool areas are nice and clean however there is no food aloud around the pool and as ti be eaten at the pool bar are restaurant nothing major though. Smoking is also only allowed in allocated areas which is good as no cig ends around and means no one getting burnt etc.... There is a huge selection of drinks available during the day/night. Entertainment in my opion is not theb greatest the Entertainment team do bits and bats through day but nothing really kid friendly which was a shame however there is a kids club a lovely play park and inside soft play which helped having 3 kids 2 with asd. Night time shows was ok alot done in spanish however was still ok and watchable my kids loved the frozen show. Food.... unfortunately was cold/luke warm at all meals times regardless of time there is not much choice and quite repetitive but you wont go without there is something for everyone it dint put us off and we ate a varied amount of food. Overall as a family of 9 we was well looked after treat with repsect and really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to heading back next year.

Just came back from Estival Islantilla. Stayed with my family . This is amazing hotel, right on the beach . Kids pool ,toddler pool. Entertainment all night. Food is very good. Staff all with hands free radio communicating in Busy time in raestaurant make sure you been seated . Facilities its clean. perfect place for holiday

Stayed here for a week from the 1st June with my dad sister and husband. First impression of the hotel was that it was clean and the staff were friendly. We booked an adapted room for my dad who’s in a wheelchair, the room was small there wasn’t any room to be able to get the wheelchair down the side of the bed so it wasn’t really adapted. It had a walk in shower but it was really slippery so we had to put a towel down to stand on and my dad couldn’t be left unattended to shower it was too dangerous. The rooms weren’t very clean even after the maid had been, the beds were but that was about it luckily your not in them long, floor tiles were cracked there was mould in the shower, the hob in the kitchenette was filthy and a glass saucer had a big chip out of it. The rooms were definitely not 4 star which is what the hotel is rated. The positive points are the hotel grounds they are spotless and really lovely, there’s plenty of sun beds and seating areas scattered around the hotel. The pools are lovely and the water slides are great fun. The food in the restaurant was really good with a wide selection of dishes at all meal times. The restaurant was spotless and the staff were really friendly. The snack bar had a great selection of food and drinks throughout the day. The Ibiza bar was open from 11am and had a great variety of drinks, we wasn’t keen on the cocktails at the Ibiza bar but if you went to the indoor bar in the main hotel they made your cocktails from scratch which were really good. The beach is accessible from a gate at the back of the hotel and you need your room pass to exit and enter which is a great idea. Overall we had a great stay but the rooms definitely need an upgrade they are what you would expect from a 2 star hotel not a 4 star.

Hotel with excellent location, cleanliness and pleasant staff. Our room had a view of the avenue, a little noise.

Great hotel, but this is a hotel predominantly used by Spanish and Portuguese. This led to some problems with language barrier, but in fairness to the staff they were very patient and helpful. Room safe was on a deposit basis and you got your money back at checkout. Same can be said of towels for poolside. Very short walk to the beach where the hotel provide sun loungers free of charge. Food was very good in the restaurant. The snack bar was also ok but the salad food was left mainly uncovered throughout the day. Main complaint is that the area seemed to be plagued by FLIES !! This made relaxing poolside almost impossible as you have to keep brushing flies away. Our TUI rep told us this was a seasonal problem and we were unfortunate enough to visit during that season. (First week in October)
All in all I would recommend this hotel, but it's probably better suited for families with young children (great splash pools and water slides).
