Beautiful hotel. Our large and lovely room had a spacious balcony overlooking the sea. The hotel was so lovely that I wished our stay had been longer just to extend our time at the hotel. The bed was nice with a mattress that was firm but not hard - good sleep quality. Breakfast was also quite good.

A magnificent surprise. A hidden gem with sea-view, we stayed in a large and beautiful room with its spacious bathroom. Definitely worth visiting and close to the local beaches. It is a small and quaint hotel and the centre, where you will find shops and restaurants, is withing walking distance.

We got a apartment as a room! It was very big, with lots of space. It was apart from the hotel, but just across the street which was good. Then in the hotel there was a balcony where you could see the beach, and go down to the beach! The meals where very good too.

Great hotel with first class views of the beach and San Jose . Bedrooms fresh and clean . Breakfast was lovely . Staff very helpful No tea or coffee facilities available in the room which to me is normal now . Terrace or bar not open at this time of year . Open lounges very comfortable. Suggest complimentary water or coffee machine to encourage guests to use more . Room 107 noisy as on ground floor so everyone walks past it to get to their rooms and tables abd chairs outside the window can have people early or late chatting .

Nice hotel, really clean, breakfast are not bad. Problem is jist then San Jose is deat from end of year to end of february.

Thought we would spend a night and spent three. Good breakfast in beautiful setting. Sleepy little town with lots of character and good restaurants. Hotel has wonderful views. Plenty of walking along the beach and on trails.

Although the hotel had a good breakfast, some friendly staff at the front desk, a generously sized room and comfortable bed... both showers in the room were broken, and they had not noticed. They must have been broken for some time and no staff had taken action, which leads me to wonder what else is not taken care of. When we notified the hotel they sellotaped the shower head to the stand (on out suggestion) and said that maintenance would work on it tomorrow. It was never fixed. Staff - please take a look at the shower ehads in room 126 - they're kind of dangerous.

A well situated hotel with a lovely views.Our room was spaçious and clean and had a simple elegance.
We had one meal in the hotel restaurant which was very disappointing and enough to deter us from any further use of the kitchen facilities during our 3 night stay.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Beautiful hotel with amazing views. Very comfortable rooms. San jose is such a beautiful place to stay. Would definitely return.

It’s got a fantastic situation if you get a room overlooking the sea.
Just about makes up for the sometimes not very welcoming reception.( just one a man very disagreeable)
Food is good not great value though.
We do keep coming back though!
Hope the management sort out the staff problem.
