Hotel Polamar in Santa Pola

The hotel is quite old. The furniture is very old-fashioned, and the beds are uncomfortable. We are a couple who booked a double room with a large bed and sea views, but they gave us one with three single beds (90cm). We went to complain, and they told us they were out of rooms, that they had supposedly given us a superior room. We didn't want three beds; we wanted one large bed since there were only two of us, and that's what we had paid for. In our opinion, a superior room would be a deluxe room with a whirlpool tub. We had no choice; the only redeeming feature was the view. In the bathroom, they used the same soap for shower gel as for shampoo. There was no refrigerator and not even a toilet brush. The breakfast buffet was quite poor quality and repetitive. We definitely won't be back.
