Returned to same hotel as we enjoyed it in September and equally enjoyed the hotel again. Breakfast good rooms good staff and location good. Room overlooking side street can be noisy so be prepared but definitely go again.

First time in Benidorm so wasnt sure what to expect but wow what a find. Hotel is fab,clean, friendly staff and lovely food, two mins from the beach and on edge of old town. Definitely upgrade to superior room if you can room massive balcony huge. Nightime entertainment was great and bar prices very good. The morning we left it was before breakfast and the hotel opened the restraunt at 6am for people, on top of that there was the full menu available which we have not had anywhere before. We will defo be back and have already recommended to friends and family.

Absolutely fabulous hotel, great location, friendly helpful staff.rooms cleaned daily and towels changed daily.food was lovely amazing choice both at breakfast and evening meal.hotel entertainment was very good and drink prices reasonable.we loved the rooftop sun terrace and bar up there - lady was so friendly and always had smile on her face.honestly one of best hotels we have stayed in and will definately be back again soon.

Lovely hotel in a great location 2min from the harbour. The hotel entrance, reception, dining room and bar all very modern. The reception staff very warm and welcoming. The rooms are small but adequate. The beds very comfortable with spare pillows and duvet in wardrobe. The rooms are a little dated and don't match with the reception areas modern appearance but the rooms where clean and comfortable. You can smoke on balcony just ask for and ashtray if needed. There is a fridge, kettle and hairdryer. The tea, coffee and sugar does not get replaced during your stay so just bear that in mind. The room we had was over the court yard and was very quite so slept well. The air con didn't work as its out of season and it was very hot on our last night so didn't sleep to well. Overall we had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel, kind staff, yet another great stay. The Voramar has it all, fantastic location, amazing staff, super comfy beds, spacious rooms, great food and the best entertainment. The reception staff speak fluent English and will always go out of their way for you, Juan is a fantastic receptionist, the dining room and cleaners are exceptional. A big shout out to the bar staff, Holly, Miguel, Mica and Ivan, they all work incredibly hard and are a credit to the hotel. Lastly Manu who brings so much life and happiness to the hotel, his shows are spectacular, a Saturday night is a real treat when he performs with his beautiful mother Rosa. Keep up the amazing work Voramar.

My Husband and l stayed for a week at the Voramar hotel , and would certainly recommend it to anyone. The staff in all areas were great , really enjoyed the breakfast and lots of choices in the evening meal. The rooms were cleaned daily by the hard working staff . I would like to give a special mention to Dave the Tui rep at the hotel , on the last day of our holiday l fell very badly while out shopping and fractured my shoulder , quite an ordeal, but Dave was so supportive and helpful, will hopefully return later in the year

I don’t normally write reviews but this hotel is one of the best I have stayed in. I was persuaded to go back to Benidorm after 26 year as I said never again we had such a good time at this hotel we are looking to come again this year. After reading the previous reviews I couldn’t believe one review I have read about the hotel not catering for the British on a Saturday night. The entertainment manager works so hard and if my mam had a voice like his I would want all the guests to hear her every night not just for 45 minutes on a Saturday night I think it’s unfair and so rude for a British person to leave a review slating him for this when they in Spain and all the other acts sing in English every night.

This is our 2nd holiday in this hotel and yet again a wonderful time we had. The staff are amazing, friendly and go over and above to make every day special. The hotel manager is such a pleasant, kind gentleman that is passionate about his job, super friendly and visible throughout the hotel. The reception staff are hilarious, really engage with you at every opportunity. The housekeepers did a great job, the rooms are spacious and light with a great walk in powerful shower. The bed was huge and really comfortable. Staff in the dining room were so efficient and so good at their jobs, it's really hard work and they take it all in their stride. Bar staff, we have no favourites because we love them all, they knew us every night and even knew what we drank, big shout out to them all, Ivan, Paul, Miguel and Abiair, I promise we'll get all the names when we return. Last but certainly not least was the TUI rep, Trish, she was present, bubbly and an asset to the hotel. Trish had her last day in the hotel on the day we returned and was moving to the Flamingo Oasis, Ian is the new rep, I'm sure he'll carry on the amazing work. Finally the entertainment, my lovely man Manu, the hours this man puts into the shows and how he entertains everyone is simply the best I've ever seen, his talents are endless. It was by pure chance we came across this hotel whilst walking out one night, we heard the entertainment and decided to stay to watch, the following night we brought several holidaymakers from the Corona del Mar to watch the shows, that's when we booked. So.....2 holidays in, great experience, we were already booked into the Corona del Mar for this April and September, however I'm changing the September one for the Voramar and we've already booked 2 weeks for 2027 at this hotel. Thank you for such a happy holiday, congratulations to all the staff on delivering such a wonderful service.
