Place was spotless, room cleaned every day with fresh towels and condiments. Breakfast top quality with great selection. On departure day as it was before breakfast being served hotel made a takeaway picnic box which was top class and very welcome. Hotel staff very friendly and efficient.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Reception was very friendly and welcoming - the umbrellas were particularly useful on our first day! Great location.

The apartment was well equipped, nicely decorated and serviced daily. There were some lovely touches - sweetie jar in room, Rituals toiletries (replenished daily), water provided, lovely crockery. The room was spacious.
But there are a few things that would make a stay at the Apartments even better: information in the room (how to work the air con/heating, reminder of checkout time, a genetal "Welcome!" pack, evacuation guidelines), a blackout blind for the window to the internal courtyard, table/side light by sofa bed.
We hadn't appreciated that the apartments are located within a residential block, and thought we would feel "part" of the hotel (ie be able to use the hotel bar)....but we never found the hotel facilities at all, so it is a very "separate" experience from the hotel itself, like staying in any very nice, serviced apartment.

Excellent and friendly staff.
Location was top of the old town so easy to walk around and get too. Very good food options in the area too.
Had the interior room so could hear the reception but rather that then the street.
Ritual products for the shower was a nice touch

Stopped in adjacent apartment, recently refurbished, excellent quality, wonderful amenities. Great location, fabulous wine bar as you step out of the hotel. Cant recommend enough.

Hotel ist an excellent location! Breakfast is plentiful and offers a nice selection. Staff is friendly! House keeping needs to be more detailed oriented!!!

On the whole we enjoyed our stay. We had a couple of issues with the room which were rectified reasonably quickly.
Breakfast was okay. They do serve fried or scrambled eggs but this isn’t made apparent for some reason!

Our apartment was disappointing. On the 4th floor, the elevator was broken, the curtains in the bedroom were broken, the bathroom was uncomfortably small. Not sure how this is a 4-star hotel.

We had booked the room with jacuzzi. The hotel entrance looked and smelled like you enter a swimming pool. The room had a very bad smell and we got nauseous.
The manager had no other options for rooms and offered a total refund as we did not want to stay. That was cooperative. So we booked another hotel.

A very disappointing hotel with several problems. On arrival nobody was on reception and the door locked so I had to wait 10 minutes to enter. My room had no window in spite of being described as having a courtyard view. A misleading scam. When I complained the only option was to pay 50 euros extra for a higher category room. The shower didnt work properly, surging from tepid to scalding. I reported this and they said it was a common issue and they would fix it. They did not but they did refund the 50 upgrade charge. Finally on the morning we left I went to breakfast at 7.50am but was made to wait until 8am when “breakfast started”. Avoid.
