The hotel was unresponsive to advance email about trip delay. Initial room was very hot and very noisy. Moved us to an inferior smaller room with smaller bed. We had booked a superior room with a large bed. Hotel manager (male) was rude. No offer to compensate us for the room difference. Other staff were friendly. We will not stay here again.

The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Housekeeping kept the room spotless. The room was a little small but had everything I needed. The hotel is very conveniently located in the old section. I had a wonderful time.

Everthing was nice, except the noise during nights. The city hall cleans ths streets every night around 3am with some loud machines.

Pros: location, pool, sundeck, modern decor, comfy bed, staff.

Cons: lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room, lack of furniture in the room( only one chair), double glazing not sufficient for keeping noise out.

Central location, immaculate, noisy at night
The man on night shift was so lovely very helpful. The females on reception not to helpful. Room immaculately clean and left great by housekeeper. Room was so noisy, very disturbed sleep. Asked for a wake up call and reception were happy to provide this for my early flight. Location amazing, 15 min walk to beach, shops and restaurants within 100m.

Lovely small hotel. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Excellent location. Pool area good. Only bad thing was the noise from the street, so one should bring ear plugs to get good sleep.

Very clean hotel. The location is great. There is a pedestrian street for shopping and dining right outside the door. The hotel cleans the rooms every day and is very clean and tidy. The lady at the front desk is also very nice! It's worth staying. I will choose this hotel next time.

The restaurant is well located in the city centre, really close to Camas parking, which is very convenient if you go by car. Just a short walk to main spots like cathedral and museums. Food was not outstanding but good quality. Staff was really friendly and the decoration modern and cozy. The best dish was Nidos Alea, their speciality. Do not forget to order that!

Staff is nice. Seafood paella is decent but not quite as generous as expected from the other photos. Taste is good though not as good as it could be. 30 EUR for 2 persons

Went for dinner here. Very disappointed with the food and service. I sat facing the swing door of the kitchen (don't put tables in front of kitchens please )we had for starters croquettes which were not bad at all. Then of course paella (well we are in Spain )too dry and seafood tasteless, too cooked or not fresh, who knows, maybe because it was Monday. Waited ages for bill and then left.
