Lovely room with a view of the sea in the distance. The drains do smell but seems to be an issue in Spain so not specific to this hotel. The room was clean with a comfy bed and a perfume plug in was useful. Breakfast was good and although we went out of season it looks like the amenities will be very good in high season. Lots to do in a small complex. Easy enough walk to the seafront too.

Very nice hotel, really liked how it's structured. The hotel has organized shuttle from/to airport, very comfortable. The bar is open 24/7, there is vending machine for a late snack, pizzeria open until 23:00. Recommended!

Very clean, super convenient with free airport shuttle. I stayed in Hotel Zen for my short visit to Málaga and i am well satisfied. Highly recommended!!

I do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a nice pool and a small bar.

However, the airport shuttle wasn’t frequent enough and didn’t run reliably, which should be clearly stated on booking sites. This is why i ordered the hotel in the first place!

The cleaning was poor, even though the cleaning staff seemed nice! English communication is almost impossible if you don’t speak Spanish. Some staff were friendly, but others were awful and unwelcoming.

The location is okay, since i enjoy walking. But it’s a long, hot 25-minute walk to the beach and shops. I did not try the breakfast here. I stayed seven nights but only recommend 0-1. The price is way to high for what you get!! I wont be back here ever.

If you need a great hotel in close proximity to Malaga Airport, look no further than Hotel Zen. It's clean, convenient and the staff are wonderful. Oh, and their free shuttle service from the airport when I landed after 11pm is awesome.

Hotel is clean and modern. Shuttle is very convenient. I called 30 min ahead to arrange pick up from the train station and they waited for me even though I was running late. Everyone is friendly and helpful!

So many bad reviews, luckily I hardly ever read them. The hotel is super clean, with a large terrace in the room. We were in room 105. The shower is beautiful, new, and definitely not outdated. There's a rain shower. The pool has a cozy bar and a lovely breakfast area. The staff is also super friendly. Fantastic!

Honestly. This was fab. We booked last minute for myself and son to be near airport. Turned up early and they got my room ready before the check in time. Customer service was great. Pool was 2 twin beds and was small but spotless clean with everything we needed. Heated pool was great. Had snacks at Irish bar and food and staff were lovely. Went to the Pizzeria on the evening and again food was lovely and staff were great. We visited the bar inside and the reception throughout our stay and the staff were great. Top customer service as far as we were concerned. Booked the shuttle to airport. Arrived exactly on time. Another great service. Would deffo return if in the area. Lovely stay. Thankyou
