The hotel is located near the train station. The room is clean and wifi is ok. You can rent the e-bikes that park outside.

A very nice room located very very close to the train and bus stations. One of our day trips had a pick up right opposite to the hotel which was very convenient. Breakfast could be better but not a big deal.

The decor, facilities and service are very basic but convenience is the main offering. It's just a few minutes walk from the main train station of Málaga, which is built into a very nice shopping mall. So you can find everything you need within a few footsteps.

Pros: Close to the train, large room, and a spacious bathroom. Cons: The decor is a bit plain, the lighting is very dim, and the shower control in the bathroom was broken and came right off when I pulled it. Service was decent though; they promptly moved us to a new room after we reported the broken fixture.

I spent three perfect days in this hotel in Málaga. The staff is welcoming, attentive, A special thank you to Moises for his professionalism and kindness, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel!

The bathroom sink was leaking, but it was fixed later. The power went out around 1 PM, seemingly due to a malfunction. We had to carry our luggage down five flights of stairs.

Honestly, the soundproofing at this hotel is terrible. Every night I'd be woken up by doors slamming shut in the middle of the night, and then the cleaning noise would start super early in the morning. If you're a light sleeper, you really shouldn't choose this place. The service is just basic, nothing special. The front desk gave me the lowest floor, and the window was blocked by a billboard. I definitely won't be staying here again. Besides being close to the station, there's absolutely nothing good about this hotel.

I always come to this hotel for the summer holidays and for the Christmas in Spain. The location is fantastic, it is very to the main station of Malaga.
I would like to say Thank you so much for the kind receptionists of Eurostars, especially for Mr. Moses.
Mr. Mose helped us l lot since we coupd not speak Spanish at all. He was the greatest receptionist ever we met. Muchissima Gracias!
