The hotel staff is very customer-oriented, and Mar, in particular, exceeded all expectations: always smiling, friendly, helpful, and ready to resolve any guest issues. Mar created a very welcoming atmosphere, took great care of the guests, and I felt like she genuinely enjoyed her work. In contrast, the waiter Antonio shouldn't be serving guests; he started our breakfast and morning not with a 'good morning' but with a stern demand for our room number. It was clear he radiated a negative energy that affected other colleagues. After we reported it to the hotel, we saw a change, so he has the potential to be more friendly 😉. The hotel was cleaned daily, no complaints there. The hotel's location is superb – a great base for car trips to many places, and there's a bus stop (line 25) right outside for Alcazaba and Malaga Promenade.

Very clean. Good service and good connectivity to city centre by bus #25. Takes about 40 mins, but regular.

Big thanks to the staff for their support, although they could inform guests with cars about how to open the parking door for themselves or just leave a sign next to the door. The location is great next to the highway, a quiet area to have enough rest. I can go on and on, overall very good balance of all hotel aspects. Small note: please align the tap with the sink, half the water goes out which is a waste and makes all the area wet around the sink.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was calm, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also convenient and made getting around very easy.

The only small improvement I would suggest is having a kettle in the room to make tea or coffee. This would make the stay even more comfortable, especially for guests who enjoy a hot drink in the room.

Overall, it was a great experience and I would happily stay here again.

It truly lives up to what they advertise. The breakfast buffet was standard. Overall, it was satisfying.
