I am really satisfied with the service. It is a brand new hotel with in a new brand. I haven't been to this new brand so I can not compare the differences. The staff was so helpful

Friendly and helpful receptionists. Upgraded my room! It was a spacious, clean, welcoming and quiet room, with a nice view. It's well located in a safe and well-lit area. It's just a 5 min brisk walk to the nearest MRT station, and 15 to 20 min walk to the city centre along the river or harbour. Lovely. It provides all the bath necessities but would be nice to have an electric kettle. I miss my early morning cup of tea.

Great location near the train station. Lots of cafes and shops. The hotel has no restaurant but that's not a problem with all of the choices nearby. The rooms are basic but clean and the bed was very comfortable.They also offer reasonably priced early check in and late check out. Excellent budget choice.

The building looks new. The room is not spacious but clean and comfortable. The front desk receptionists for the day and night shift are both friendly and speak fluent English so there's no language barrier or miscommunication.

Every single day at 8 AM heavy construction incredibly loud started next to our room.

Hair dryer is a must!

Whose idea was the half glass door for the bathroom?

A couple of small bottles of water goes a long way...

Small room for 2 if you need to open your big luggage you need to put in-front of the door. Others a good. 5 min walk to malaga city train

I only booked because it was the cheapest option and close to the coach and train station. There are better options.

The rooms and hallways had a strong odor after renovation, so we had to keep the windows open for ventilation. However, it was extremely noisy outside with the windows open. Furthermore, the shower only had hot water, and very little cold water. We had to turn the water down to a trickle to get an acceptable temperature, making it impossible to shower properly. I almost got scalded by the hot water.

The room is not far from the station, making it very convenient to reach. Check-in at the front desk was smooth, and the room itself was simple and clean. As expected, it doesn't come with disposable amenities, so you'll need to bring your own. The room was also relatively quiet. Overall, it's a simple, suitable option for those on a tighter budget looking for a brief stay.
