We stayed there for a whole week from 5 to 12 August 2023. In the end, I think we made a great choice: great location for an affordable price, which allowed us to visit around -- Ronda, Caminitos del Rey, Málaga, San Pedro de Alcantara, Setenil, and so on. In El Cortijo we stayed at a bungalow (4 persons), which was a bit tight in terms of space, but more than ok for a relaxed week. The outside space is also very nice, with a nice swimming pool. Lots of outside space. Nice meals at El Cortijo's restaurant.

The property is essentially a caravan park. Pictures dont match the actual rooms. Property is run down and scary. Just dont book

Personnel unfriendly, wifi not working, breakfast is bread and coffee. Bed and room were clean. Room is noisy. Overall depressive experience on a deserted camping site.

We were unable to stay in the room for more than a few minutes due to horrible smell.

Just a few miles from Ronda, was quiet, comfortable and had a great local food resturant and bar. Would happily stay again.

The hotel was very quiet, outside the town. We stayed for three nights, so we could relax very well. The pools were very quiet and uncrowded. The hotel was nice and rustic, although the facilities seemed a bit dated. The room had poor lighting, only the wall lights worked, and the closet was very small. The bathroom looked like it had been recently renovated, with a very large bathtub. The toilet cistern didn't flush, but maintenance came quickly and fixed it. The toilet seat wasn't to our liking, and the towels were brought to us in the afternoon. When I made the reservation, they offered the option of breakfast for €20. I asked, but they told me no, that they only offered room service, so the breakfast was charged depending on who served you. The dishes at the bar were hearty but a bit pricey. The room has a fairly large terrace, which we couldn't use because both the table and chairs were very dirty.

The hotel could do with updating in.places but overall we had a pleasant stay and staff were friendly. On arrival first impressions were not good but we did enjoy our stay.

Nice quite little hotel, staff are great, nothing is to much trouble. Been here for a week, we have traveled from here and used it as a base, would recommend to anyone who isn't looking for noisy night life, because night life is a bit thin on the ground.
