I love this hotel 🥰it’s central to everything and the staff are amazing. The rooms are great and cleaned every day , the breakfast was great and the restaurant food was amazing too. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommended 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Excellent hotel. Great staff. Great room. Well soundproofed, black out curtains and air-con that actually gets cool and hot enough, which is rare in hotels these days. The cosy room was bigger than expected and plenty big enough for a couple.

Great hotel near Bilbao’s old town. The breakfast is good. There is a small gym available, but the room I stayed in was an interior room, so the window had no view

Amazing location, nice and trendy decor. Rooms are functional. A little too loud though, even with windows closed - worth bringing earplugs. The rooftop bar is closed down.

Great 4* hotel in the middle of the old town, next to the Plaza Nueva (pintxo bar area).
You will recognize the age of the hotel inside of a room (stains on wall, conditions of the furnitures), but it is ok, especially if you find a great offer.
If you want a bigger room, choose the Space room, with overlooking to Nervión river and the theatre square right at the entrance of the hotel.

Hotel is centrally located, very close to main attractions. The room was small, only 1 small water per stay per room, breakfast was acceptable but can be busy

Stayed a couple of nights in NYX Hotel Bilbao. The location of the hotel is ideal, with most attractions within easy walking distance. Close to the old part of Bilbao which has plenty of restaurants and bars. Also close to shops and a nice riverside walk to the Guggemheim museum. Can’t rate food as did not use hotel amenities. Overall the hotel had a modern stylish feel to it. Check in and out was speedy and staff were courteous.Rooms are quite small and the glass walled bathroom may not suit everyone’s taste. All in all, we were happy to stay at this hotel for it’s location and overall stylishness.

I don't know why google days permanently closed. Maybe new owners but I just ate there and it was amazing. Great selections on menu. My startet og goat cheese with greens, basalmicn nuts and raisins was perfect. Braised pork cheeks in a potato and cream sauce was tender as my heart and full of flavor. Desserts excellent. I will be back before keaving Bilbao.
