Hotel Conde Duque in Bilbao

Everything was perfect, the receptionists were all friendly and helpful.

Hotel with a perfect location and a very good room. However, I booked a room with estuary views and didn't get one.

The hotel is very well located. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast buffet is good.

Good hotel in a great location, ten minutes walk from the Old Town, but with great transport links via Tram over the Zubizurri bridge.

A wonderful hotel with incredibly friendly staff. Even though we arrived well before check-in, we were able to shower and freshen up after our journey, and then immediately set off to explore the wonderful city of Bilbao! The Guggenheim Museum is just a short walk away. The breakfasts were delightful, and the coffee was delicious!

It was good, but for example, they had a full parking lot, so we had to leave our car on the street. Several times when we used the bathroom, it smelled like sewage. The staff was excellent, the mattresses were 10 points, the location was exceptional, and the neighborhood was very good.

The hotel is good, the breakfast is very generous, but the people who stay there are very noisy... when they enter their rooms at night, they can't help but make noise... it's disrespectful to others.

This is great location for exploring Bilbao. We booked directly with the hotel. The reception team are fantastic and provide a 5 star service. House keeping is excellent - the cleanliness of the rooms and hotel was a high standard. We booked two rooms - a double superior with balcony and a double for single use. Both had walk in showers. The balcony was large enough to sit on with a side view of the river. The superior was comfortable with enough room but the single use interior room felt rather sombre. The rooms could use a refresh and a chest of drawers but this did not affect our enjoyment and the beds are very comfortable. It is quiet at night and the area around the hotel is peaceful and feels very safe. The funicular is not far and the local bars are really good. Extra praise to the reception team who help us get the most of our trip. Breakfast needs some improvement. The coffee is not good but there is plenty to eat and the scrambled eggs are delicious.

The space is comfortable, clean, and in good condition and the location is central. The shower could be warmer and the room is too cold. Other than that, I’m satisfied. It’s very safe and the coffee in the hotel is decent.
