The hotel is conveniently located right above the Bilbao bus station, making airport access incredibly easy. It's a great location, with Chinese restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Location is great, easy access to the bus station where you can find buses to San Sebastián, Santander and airport. Also the hotel is close to the stadium.

Room is large and clean but we were running out of shampoo on the first date. It seems that they didn’t refill the shampoo before we checkin. The room design is a bit strange to us which showering room& the sink are separated from the toilet. Also, the shower room is right next to the bed which there is no door and the glass are fully transparent.

Nice hotel, great interior. We had quite some hairs in the room from the precious guests unfortunately. Also check in took forever, due to a long queue.

The hotel's right next to the train station, which is super convenient. They offer free water and fruit in the lobby. The mood lighting in the hallways is really cool, and it's very clean. Best part is, it's not expensive. Definitely a good pick!

The entrance was really hard to find, probably because the facade was under renovation. It also took ages to locate the entrance to the underground parking garage on the fourth basement level.

The hotel is super close to the bus and train stations, literally just 100 meters away. There's also a shopping center right next door where you can grab food, so the location is perfect. Plus, the room was big and clean.

Very much enjoyed our stay - good underground parking and walking distance to the stadium and nearby bars
