Hygiene: I saw what looked like a cockroach in the bathroom. While people say European hotels aren't always spotless, this one was exceptionally bad, even by those standards.
Facilities: Mediocre and a bit old. Seeing a Dyson-knockoff hairdryer in a hotel supposedly of this caliber was just laughable. The towels were grimy, felt cheap, and were thinner than any other hotel's I've encountered.
Service: Average, nothing special. The two doormen seemed relatively diligent.
You can't even drive up to the hotel entrance; you have to get out on the main road and walk a bit. I would never have booked this hotel if all my preferred options weren't fully booked due to an exhibition in BCN at the time. Not recommended.
