I would like to extend my special thanks to Ms. Ramia Kouba, who kindly introduced us to all the facilities and services of the hotel, thoughtfully arranged a special occasion for us, and assisted with all our needs during our time in Barcelona.

I would also like to thank the bakery staff member for designing a truly wonderful cake for our special occasion.

My favorite hotel I've stayed in recently. The room is very exquisitely decorated and tasteful, and the overall color tone is very comfortable. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. I was impressed by the floor of the shower room. It was like stepping on the rocks by the sea. Although it was a bit rough, it was very non-slip and made you feel like you were at the beach in a second. Our family of four booked two rooms. The hotel was very considerate to connect the two rooms together, which made it very convenient for us to use.
The location is also very good, walking distance to Casa Batlló, and shopping is also very convenient. The bakery across the street and the brunch at the restaurant across the road are very delicious.

A highly recommended hotel, with warm service, a very traditional feel, warm and clean room layout, strong service awareness, and convenient location for travel. I'd like to add a small episode. I bought an ice cream but was afraid it would melt in the minibar, and I couldn't eat it that day, so I called housekeeping and asked if they could put it in the refrigerator and take it out the next day. When I returned it the next day, a box of ordinary ice cream was filled with it, which was very considerate.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail of my stay was perfect—they were friendly, attentive, and always ready with great recommendations for local spots.
The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and offered a stunning view of the city. I loved the thoughtful touches, from the luxurious bed linens to the little treats left each day. The rooftop pool was a true highlight
The location was ideal too; I could easily walk to top attractions.

Hands down the best hotel in Barcelona. We have tried many of the city’s 5 star hotels and nothing comes close to the service and standards of El Palace. All the staff are absolutely exceptional and the hotel itself is wonderfully designed and decorated. We would never stay anywhere else.

We stayed at EL Palace for five days. We’ve had an opportunity to travel throughout Europe. I do research before selecting a hotel. EL Palace did not disappoint. The hotel was beautiful, and the staff was outstanding. The service we received was excellent. The breakfast space was wonderful and the food selections were plentiful. The concierge gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. Whenever we had a tour or needed a cab, the doorman made sure the cab driver knew exactly where to take us. The most outstanding staff member was Xavier Codind. There are times in life when you meet an outstanding, warm and kind individual. Xavier was all of the above. He's amazing and we’ll always remember his kindness.
