Our second stay at the lovely Hotel Serras. A beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Superb service and thoughtful little touches make things extra special. Bonus - we were able to walk to most things.

Main issue was completely absent water pressure on the morning of September 26th. Also, we expressed a preference for ice in the room daily, but instead were told to call the front desk when we needed. A problem, because the phone in our room did not work. Staff at front desks were helpful and courteous in every instance, including check-in.

The service was not only professional but genuinely caring, and you can tell the whole team takes pride in creating a wonderful guest experience. Serras was such a pleasure to visit and use as our base to navigate stunning Barcelona. The hotel is new/fresh and nicely designed and appointed (very nicely appointed!) but the standout is/was the staff….
