The hotel was clean, good size rooms, well equipped, staff very friendly and helpful, great location.

The only thing that could be improved is breakfast. The main pain point for us was that there were no vegetables, not at all, throughout our entire stay.

Of all the hotels I stayed in, this one had the nicest people working in it. From reception to house cleaning to breakfast staff. I request "do not disturb" on my way because I don't need it cleaned (I keep it clean) and on the third day I found a big bag with towels, shower gel, shampoo, lotion and toilet paper rolls put in front of my door! How nice of them!! This has never happened to me in any hotel I have ever stayed in! And I have stayed in a huge range of hotels including 5 star hotels.
The windows have double glass so you cannot hear anything from the street. Also they have blackout curtains. Bidet works great and it was one of the main reasons l initially chose this hotel. I'll surely come back again to this hotel. Furthermore; when I checked and went up to my room, I couldn't find the remote for the AC and called reception who came up to try and find it when I couldn't. AC remote was in the room but I just couldn't see it. I requested extra towels from him and he got me two more in less than 10 minutes. Spacious room and the knives at breakfast are actually sharp not like those knives that does nothing! I really loved everything about this hotel. How close it was to everything is so convenient! This is where I’m going to stay again when I go to Barcelona!!

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of Plaza Catalunya, and close to buses and subways.
The hotel room is of moderate size and the bathroom is large. There is a kettle.
The breakfast is rich.
The front desk is responsible and the hotel is safe.

Stayed 6 nights here. Nice experience. From reception, breakfast, and room service all are good. Breakfast is good but I will be more happy if they make some variations in food because we had same breakfast for 6 days. Rooms are well mentained. Close to La Rambla street and shopping area and two metro stops are just 1 min walking away.

The reception staff are all of lovely and polite, such a good spacious hotel and the location is so great for the price. There is also free breakfast included in your booking there is literally nothing to fault here.

The hotel is in a very central location, close to 2 different metro and several shops/markets but just outside the chaos of the Rambla.
The room is spacious, as is the bathroom with enough towels and courtesy kits. The hotel is clean and comfortable, although a little old and perhaps in need of some renovation.
The staff is kind and helpful, they also speak Italian!
The air conditioning in the common areas is excessive: coming from outside (and from the heat of August) the effect is pleasant at first but it can be disturbing in the long run!
The room has an opaque window overlooking an internal courtyard, so there is no natural light and the artificial lights are weak.
The breakfast is good but perhaps not very varied in some categories (fruit, vegetables, cereals).
