My Mother is elderly and blind, so I needed a little extra help with luggage, etc. They were very helpful and understanding. There was a taxi shortage due to cruise ships leaving at similar times, and the staff was very helpful, as well.
The neighborhood had several very good restaurants and was vibrant area.
If we are in Barcelona we will stay again and recommend to friends.
Cute and well designed hotel. Loved the location specially traveling with kids. Can go walk around Las Ramblas to eat and shop all day. Market, art shops, restaurants, bars, bakery and etc. Only the AC in my quad room was not really independently controlled. Cant cool it down for kids quick afternoon nap. AC thermostat only responded late afternoon/early evening cooling down the room in time after dinner at 8pm. Other than this, we loved the room.
