The location is fantastic, just a 3-minute walk from where the airport bus drops you off. It's also super convenient to walk to the Gothic Quarter. The lady at the front desk was so welcoming and friendly, and even offered lemonade 🍋. The room was very clean, though the toilet facing the bed was a bit odd, haha.

Facilities: Great, with a large wardrobe. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: It's located in a small alley; I wouldn't recommend it if you're traveling alone! It doesn't feel very safe. Service: The front desk staff are super enthusiastic! They offer bottled water and lemonade.

The hotel's front desk service was excellent. The room was generally clean and tidy with nice decor, although there were a few dusty spots. The location is fantastic, with two subway stations nearby. You can take the train directly to Plaça de Catalunya, and it's just a five-minute walk to the hotel from there. It's also very close to both tourist attractions and the beach.

This stay is super duper convenient as it is located right in the middle of the city centre, its walkable to most of the famous spot and the hotel staff is always smile and super friendly to help. Hotel breakfast is a standard buffet but would like to see more food options as most food are bread and we assume at least some noodle or rice, but overall is a good one. hotel room is pretty decent as well!

The room is cozy and comfortable, clean and tidy, with a refreshing decor. The transportation is convenient, making it perfect for travelers seeking a good balance of quality and value for money. Highly recommended.

First off, it's located in an alley. While the alley is cleaned every morning, it still tends to be a bit messy and dirty. One day, right after leaving the hotel, I even heard foreigners getting robbed right outside.
The hotel's hygiene is pretty subpar. The room reminded me of a 200-300 RMB hotel in China, so paying over 2000 for a night felt completely not worth it.
Plus, the soundproofing is terrible; you can hear conversations from the next room.
The room window opens directly onto a residential building, so when you open it, you see people's laundry hanging, and you can practically see into their homes. If someone in the building is cooking, the cooking fumes waft straight into your room, making the whole place stuffy.
The room had a noticeable amount of dust and a musty smell.
I booked it in advance without knowing the situation and stayed for a few days, but every day I just wanted to check out and move somewhere else.
Its only advantage might be its convenient location and good transport links in Barcelona, but that also implies it's not a very safe area.
All in all, for this price, you could easily book a much better 4-star hotel or higher!

The hotel's location is great, and the breakfast is good too!

The only downside is that the path from the street to the hotel entrance can be a bit spooky, and the hotel sign isn't very clear, so you only really confirm it's the hotel when you get right up to it.

This place is horrible for family as the environment is not family friendly as its too smelly and also on the entrance people smoke too much and there is alot of trash. Unless you love smoking this is nit for you .

Clean modern hotel in a wonderful location. What sets this hotel apart is their spectacular staff. Kris at the front desk took great care of us, and gave us great suggestions for places to see in this besutiful city. In the evening, Laura took over with dinner reservations and suggestions. Breakfast was also delicious. These two made our stay special and are among the best front staff we’ve ever met. Thank you Hotel Denit and thank you Kris and Laura!
