It was clean and good for two people.

We stay at this property for 3 nights. What a great experience. It’s located in the heart of the city and you can walk to every place from there. Lot of food options close by, convenience stores in the vibrant of Barcelona. The front staff is very friendly and helpful with the guest. At the entrance they have water and cava (Spanish version of champagne) for the guests. Plenty space in the rooms with great amenities, clean rooms and a great place to rest after a long day in the city.

I have stayed at this hotel twice. Staff is excellent and very helpful. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The beds are excellent. Parking beneath the hotel is available. The position is excellent as it is close to the Placa de Catalunya and the La Rambla and also the Universitat Metro station.

Me and my husband came on 5.1.2025. to stay here two nights. The hotel is very good located, its literaly in the center of Barcelona. First impresion was amazing. Very kind and fast the receptionist.
When we arrive to the room, it was all clean and nice. Very big and confortable(for two persons) l. We like the soft yellow lights and colors.
The price was very good and alltogether 10/10

I stayed at Hotel Jazz Barcelona from November 28th to 30th, 2025, and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect—central, safe, and within walking distance of many key attractions, shops, and restaurants. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help with recommendations or any request.
My room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with a very comfortable bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. I also really appreciated the quiet atmosphere, despite being in such a lively area. The breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.
One of the highlights was the hotel’s rooftop area, which offered beautiful views over Barcelona—a great place to relax after a day of exploring the city.
Overall, Hotel Jazz exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona!

I stayed at this hotel a week ago with my husband and my 3 year old daughter. I highly recommend staying here. We had such a great experience. Customer service was wonderful. The hotel is beautiful and our room was very clean and very spacious. The only complaint I have is the shower head was a handheld and hard to manage even when hung up, the bathroom wasn’t tight but for some reason felt a little tight as the toilet is right next to the step out of the tub. Location of hotel is absolutely perfect. Tucked from the absolute mess on la ramblas but close to everything you could need, great shopping, pharmacy, super market, great restaurants and really central to everything you’d want to see in Barcelona. There are a ton of taxis on the street outside of hotel. Very impressed and would definitely stay here again.

The Spanish man at the front desk spoke terrible English, so communication was a struggle. He missed a lot of things that needed to be explained, which really upset me from the very first day I checked in. Even when I asked him to explain things again, he just kept mumbling to himself, looking at the floor. I even told him he wasn't listening to me. He didn't change his tune, just staring at the floor and mumbling softly. I was really angry. Finally, when I was cleaning the room, there was no information about moving my luggage, so I asked him to carry it myself if I wanted to, so I struggled to get my kids and three suitcases in. The bathroom sink was constantly leaking, and the glass door in the shower stall was scratching the floor, making a creaking noise that was scary. The other women were generally friendly, though the two black-haired, bespectacled ladies were a bit of a letdown. My trip to Barcelona was interrupted by my accommodations, which really upset me.
I returned after 20 years, but it wasn't the same as before, and I think the male employee's rudeness played a part.
