The best part about this hotel were the friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. They also had free coffee and tea in the living area which I really appreciated. The rooms were nice and clean with a private bathroom, although had a strong chemical smell from the cleaning products. Although it's only 30 min walk from the city centre, we had to walk through a bit of a dodgy area to get there so it didn't feel completely comfortable.

Close to the metro, walking distance to the sights. Nice staff. There is a shared refrigerator and microwave - very convenient. Tea, coffee, milk - free. Good shower! It was noisy at night, as the windows overlooked a busy street. We opened the window. But you can sleep with air conditioning.

Location is good. Very basic facilities.

To be honest, the facilities are not good for the price. It's narrow and you can't even open your suitcase. But the location is good and they are friendly and clean, so it was okay. I was satisfied.

Very clean, well-located, and very friendly staff. They stored my suitcase for me both upon arrival and departure. It's very useful that they have a small kitchen with a microwave.
