MIIRO Borneta in Barcelona

The room was clean and spacious with a charming little balcony. The staff was super helpful and friendly.

Bar is great, room was super comfy and filled with light. We did one of the corner rooms which had great views on both sides. Bathroom & shower is really nice. Staff all around were really pleasant. Having a drink on the rooftop was great too!

We absolutely loved our stay at Borneta! We went to Barcelona for our one year anniversary and stayed in the Junior Terrace Suite. The suite was stunning and very clean! The hotel is also walking distance to many attractions such as the cathedral, arc, and Moco Museum. In addition, Quentin and the staff were very accommodating and friendly! I reached out to the hotel about decorating our suite to surprise my wife and Quentin executed everything to the "T"! I can't thank them enough for their efforts. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is in the oerfect location to explore the city by foot.
Plenty of places to see and dining options are plentiful.

Beautiful hotel in an amazing location. The rooms were designed with so much thought and care, I stayed for over a week and felt really at home. There were so many luxury touches, from a spa-like shower to amazing products to a coffee machine and high quality tea selection in the room. The staff were friendly, and the hotel bar/restaurant is really beautifully designed and comfortable. The neighbourhood is my favourite in the city, and despite it being a noisy neighbourhood the hotel was so quiet - the room windows are incredible at completely shutting out outside/road noise! I had a wonderful stay there.

The only thing I would say to potential guests is: the mattresses are very firm!! For some people this is preferable, but for me it made it hard to sleep while I was there. The staff did offer extra duvets to put onto the mattress, but it didn't make very much of a difference. Hopefully they will get toppers soon to ensure all guests can sleep comfortably.

Front desk is very helpful and friendly. On the day of power outage in Spain, the hotel was one of the first buildings in the area with power resumption.

Amazing hotel, great location, nice staff members!

I really liked the newly renovated hotel‘s interior design. Super stylish and modern, especially the bibliotheca and the restaurant. A very warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the whole stay - very nice scents in the whole hotel!

The staff were very friendly and attentive and made us feel welcomed.

The gym has everything you need and is well equipped!

We also enjoyed nice dinner and drinks at Volta and the brunch on Sunday was super tasty with amazing Oysters, pasta and the best desserts!

Definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Barcelona since it is close to the most important sights and the beach.

We found this hotel when scrambling for a room during the national power outage on April 28. So glad we did. The staff were really kind and helpful, even though they had a lot to deal with on the day. The or room was a little small but really well appointed and the bed was luxurious. Fantastic location in El Born.

J'ai beaucoup aimé l'hôtel Bornetta, une belle découverte. Très bien situé: 18mn à pied de la place névralgique Catalunya, de l'Arc de triomphe, de la promenade en front de mer Barceloneta; juste en face du joli parc de la Ciutadella, et du zoo, en face de l'arrêt de bus pour le Parc Gruell et de l'arrêt du bus Hop On/Hop Off, et enfin, juste derrière le quartier très vivant du Born et à 5mn du musée Picasso. Bref idéal, si bien que nous avons tout fait à pied.
La décoration est raffinée, aussi bien dans les chambres que dans l'espace restauration / lobby. Il y a une jolie ambiance avec une musique jazzy en fond sonore. J'ai mis 4 et non 5 pour les installations uniquement car la piscine est toute petite et surtout gelée (mois Avril), même si en réalité il y a tant d'autres choses à faire et voir que ce n'est pas vraiment une priorité. Je n'ai pas eu le temps d'aller voir l'espace fitness.
Le petit déjeuner est excellent, la qualité primant sur la quantité ce n'est pas un énorme buffet mais tout est bon. Possibilité de commander des oeufs sous toutes les formes, inclus dans le prix, j'aurais aimé qu'il soit proposé également des pancakes à la demande.
L'ensemble du personnel est très serviable et prévenant.
A quoi sait-on qu'on a choisi le bon hôtel? Quand on est content d'y revenir après une journée intense!

I really liked the Bornetta hotel, a nice discovery. Very well located: 18mn walk from the Catalunya square, the Arc de Triomphe, the Barceloneta seafront promenade; just opposite the pretty Ciutadella park and zoo, opposite the bus stop for Parc Gruell and the Hop On/Hop Off bus stop, and finally, just behind the lively Born district and 5mn from the Picasso museum. In short, ideal, so much so that we did everything on foot.
The decor is refined, both in the rooms and in the restaurant/lobby area. There's a lovely ambience with jazzy music in the background. I gave the hotel a 4 and not a 5 for the facilities, just because the pool is very small and mostly frozen (April), even though there are so many other things to do and see that it's not really a priority. I didn't have time to check out the fitness area.
Breakfast is excellent, with quality taking precedence over quantity - it's not a huge buffet, but everything is good. You can order eggs in all shapes, included in the price, but I would have liked pancakes also on request.
All the staff are very helpful and considerate.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Upscale without feeling stuffy, lovely little roof terrace, and quiet rooms. Get a terrace room and have a wonderful outside patio all to yourself. The breakfast is good, even if the service at breakfast is quite chaotic – the staff seem lovely but the management can't organize breakfast service. The area is much nicer than Barri Gotico, slightly less tourists and some wonderful squares and spots. Easy to walk most anywhere central as well!
