The experience was alright, but the facilities were quite basic and the bedding wasn't comfortable. Among the hotels I stayed at during this trip to France, Spain, and Portugal, this wasn't one of the better ones.

Very good hotel, have stayed before but this time booked a premium room which was amazing. Had nice balcony with seats which was nice at anytime of day and evening.
We were on top floor just below the pool which we were advised was closed as being refurbished and promised no noise. This was true it was a quiet floor and next time we stay hope we get the same or similar room.
Great position right next to Bull ring shopping centre which has loads of good restaurants on top floor and amazing free views and more good snack places on lower ground floor.
Metro is also here for all lines.
Starbucks coffee house situated below hotel handy if you dont want a full breakfast.
Staff are friendly and helpfull.

Location, staffs, internet, privacy and safety, everything was perfect! It was absolutely so near to the mall (Arenas De Barcelona) and the metro. Just 1 min! Just think like this, you can sleep in this cozy hotel ,where the environment is not as crowded as other touristic spots like La Rambla for example, and you can jump on to metro in 1 min to go wherever you want! Definitely will comeback again here!

The hotel is right by the Spanish Steps, with a metro station and supermarket just next door. The room was really spacious and comfortable. It was my birthday during my stay, and the hotel thoughtfully sent a gift, which I really appreciated.

Daytime staff were amazing, gave us a great restaurant recommendation (L’Amfora) BUT we were left with a bitter taste in our mouths when leaving … We asked if we should call a cab or just flag one ourselves and were told it’d be hard to flag a cab, while we’re waiting probably 50 cabs go by (it’s beside a metro no duh)+ a nice couple wanted to split a cab with us, we were told “we can’t cancel the call because the driver will get mad at the receptionist” … respectfully your client should ALWAYS COME FIRST … now I’m mad at you … the cab showed up with the meter already at 6€ and added another 5€ at the end unannounced (the receptionist said it’d be 2€ extra total) … PLUS we weren’t able to split the cab costing us another 20€ …. SO the receptionist chose to make us spend 31€ just so he could probably profit from the taxi company … again the day staff were wonderful but the client should always be your priority, very frustrating way to leave a beautiful city and hotel

Bad experience. Don’t waste your money.
The front desk staff was cold and unfriendly like a robot. We were charged 33 euros on the spot for 3 nights for the city tax.
The room is poorly designed. A sliding door inside the bathroom was removed which means no privacy in the toilet area. While the main sliding door of the bathroom is still intact, a big very big hole can be found at the bottom when the door is shut, which allows sound and light to go through. This means people outside the bathroom can hear clearly the activities inside the bathroom, not to mention sneaking a peek inside the bathroom. No privacy at all.
The main room door when locked looks quite unsafe and there are traces on the door edge like it was prised open before. The room looks not safe and like it was re-modified from the previous owner.
Hotel lobby is small, shabby and outrageously dim. There is a large curtain separating the lobby from the Starbucks which is an eyesore for a hotel. Breakfast is okay. Lots of restaurants near the hotel with a shopping mall offering a variety of choices.
We left our luggage at the front desk for several hours after check-out and returned later to retrieve them. To our surprise, when present the luggage plate the staff just led us to the luggage storage room, open the door and let us take the luggage freely without checking our room number. Absurd.
Not recommend this hotel to anyone. Pay more for better experience.

Room: very spacious and clean. But there is not enough power point at table level so we can only boil water in the bathroom.
Service: Upon check in, the receptionist Anlesto told us that if we want to have the breakfast, it would be 12 euro per day per person. I have actually clarified this to confirm that. We found that’s reasonable so we planned to have a try on the breakfast the next day.
The next morning, after we sat down and started having the food, we were told that the charge was 17 euro per person and 12 euro was only a special price if you had breakfast for entire stay. However, this has never been communicated to us. We were not happy and the receptionist ask us to provide evidence that he had not done so and if we wish, just go to the police! This is not the type of hotel service and response to be given! if not because of the incident, I would have given higher ratings.
Honestly, the breakfast is not that good and don’t worth the price they charged. Go elsewhere for a nicer one given there are many nice restaurants nearby !

We are staying at Hotel B Barcelona from the 16th to the 30th to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary, and it has been a wonderful experience. Everything has been perfect, and all the staff members are very kind and welcoming.
On the day of check-in, they surprised us with champagne and a congratulatory message for our anniversary, which we truly appreciated. It made our special occasion even more memorable.
Throughout our stay, we did not experience any inconvenience at all. The room was always kept very clean, and housekeeping did a great job every day.
We have made so many happy and enjoyable memories during our trip to Spain. We are leaving tomorrow, and it already feels sad to say goodbye. If we ever visit Barcelona again, we would definitely love to stay at Hotel B Barcelona once more.
