I rarely leave bad reviews, but this place genuinely felt unsafe. There's a huge bar downstairs and another one on the 10th floor. The elevator would be full of drunk people every night, and I even had someone follow me, trying to get into my room... The security here is really poor. I highly recommend against single women staying here alone!

This hotel offered a very comfortable stay overall, and I was satisfied with every aspect. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation and superb amenities nearby. Downstairs, there are plenty of restaurants and shops, including a casual bar, and directly across the street is a large Carrefour supermarket, making daily shopping, dining, and strolling incredibly convenient.
The hotel's interior space is spacious and grand, and the rooms are neat and clean, with excellent hygiene management. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, providing thoughtful and attentive service. The accommodation area felt very safe and secure.
They also offer a convenient free bicycle rental service, which makes short trips and sightseeing exceptionally hassle-free. It’s suitable for both tourism and extended stays, offers good value for money, and provides an excellent overall experience. Highly recommended.

The room was clean and well-designed, and the breakfast was decent. Right across the street there's a large mall with plenty of dining options. The downside is that the room was never cleaned; it wasn't cleaned once during my three-night stay.

Enjoyed our time thoroughly at this hotel. The only issue we had was the slow draining of the shower. But other than that, we enjoyed the room, rooftop lounge, and the amazing receptionists! Would stay here again

This hotel boasts an excellent location. From the metro, just look for the 'little pink sausage' in Picture 1, and you'll find it right in the building next to Torre Glòries. It's incredibly convenient, being no more than three metro stops away from popular attractions like Plaça de Catalunya and the various 'casas' along Diagonal Avenue. Getting here from the airport is also easy: take the L9 to Torrasa, then transfer to the L1 and get off at Glòries station.
Personally, I highly recommend the route from the hotel to Poblenou Cemetery, and then from the cemetery to Bogatell Beach. It's less crowded, and the scenery is beautiful. If you don't feel like walking back, you can catch the V23 bus. Barcelona's 'third spaces' are everywhere – not just on Diagonal and Passeig de Gràcia. You can enjoy urban strolls in many neighborhoods; when you get tired, just sit on a street bench for some 'photosynthesis,' or head back to the hotel for a relaxing cup of tea.
Overall, if you're traveling as a couple and not focused on 'military-style' sightseeing and photo ops, this place offers great value for money.

Stayed in Hoxton London before and here felt even more right at home. What marred the experience was housekeeping on the day before last. The housekeeping staff did a rush job and forgot to empty the bin, provided a bathroom mat, replenished toilet paper and worst still, somehow they knocked a book off the chair and slightly damaged the corner. It may seem trivial for non-book lovers but it’s a gift as well. The front desk staff has made amends when we checked out. I’d still highly recommend The Hoxton though the incident was a bit baffling.

The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the city center, but it's close to the metro, so you can easily take that to downtown. Also, rooms with a view of Sagrada Familia face the street, so there can be some noise.
Otherwise, it was quite good.

The location is decent, and they offer free bicycles for rent right outside. Just remember to double-check the city tax when you check out; they overcharged me for one person initially, but refunded it after I emailed them.
