Location is great for city centre and tourist attractions
• Broken safe: The safe in our room didn’t work. We asked the front desk to send someone to fix it; the technician came, looked briefly, told us to wait, and never returned. The safe remained unusable for the rest of our stay. We noticed it was just a dead battery, but they couldn’t even manage a simple battery replacement.
• Shower drainage: When showering, water overflowed to the area near the toilet. The drainage is poorly designed.
Nice location to a tremendous building, which is the Barcelona symbol, I can see it in my room. Strongly recommendation.
