Hotels on first line in Barcelona

Rules are slightly different compared to a regular hotel, we had to take trash out on the day of check out, and room cleaning happens once in 4 days or so. But that was not a deal breaker for us

With our budget, this apartment provided us with plenty of value without compromising on quality or safety. Of course, if you prefer higher service, such as daily cleanings, room service, etc

Excellent property, nice little kitchenette and basic kitchenware + table/drink ware, microwave, stove, refrigerator etc. Our room was spacious with a lovely full wall window

Front desk was so friendly and helpful. The bed was broken in the bedroom. The back half was broken and angled down. And there was partying in the halls loud and racket from 1-4 am when we had to be up at 5

This is the perfect place for a couple who want to see Barcelona and have the possibility of cooking inside sometimes. It offers a bedroom with little cooking corner and little table. In general, a very modern structure

Location is great, with the hotel right on a piazza with plenty of bars and eating options. Metro station, market, Barcelona cathedral, Gothic quarter and Gaudy houses are all minutes away by walk

Perfect location in El Born and friendly staff. 10/10

El Born was perfectly located adjacent to the gothic quarter and across the street from train and bus stations. The metro and beach were also easily walkable

Great choice, perfect for solo as well as couples I was overall very satisfied with El Born Guest House. The staff was very service minded, great location and cosy building. The bathroom was fresh and refurbished

The guest house is centrally located, with many bars and restaurants close by. Transportation links are nearby also, although we walked everywhere we wanted to go - Sagrada Familia, shopping, beaches,etc

Perfect location, perfect for solo travellers. Right off a main road with access to public transport and opposite an Aldi and plenty of restaurants. Also a 3/4 minute walk to the Zoo! I had a single room with an en-suite

The staff were all friendly and helpful, and assisted in reserving a taxi to the airport at the end of our stay - thank you Guiermo! We would definitely consider staying here again on a future trip to Barcelona

This Barcelona hotel boasts a superb location with convenient transportation and numerous attractions nearby. It offers excellent value for money, comfortable and clean rooms, and attentive and warm service

It was close enough to Sagrada Familia that we could easily make a detour back to the hotel. The bus stop is nearby, making it easy to get around. Free water, fruit, and other snacks are available in the lobby

Very near to all the attractions and within walking distance to many eateries. The staff are amazing and really helpful

You don't need a key card to access your room; you're given a passcode, which you can use to unlock it. It was nice not to have to worry about losing your key. The room is compact, but the bed and bathroom were clean

The only downside is that the entrance has a slightly unpleasant smell, and the lifts are quite small

The room was very small but the bed was great. The staff were very kind and let me leave my luggage. The breakfast options were minimal, but there are many restaurants around.

The bathrooms were clean and water hot. Some wear and tear to the bathroom but not in any way to affect cleanliness. There is coffee and pastries available in the morning but we did not stay for that

A lovely hotel We stayed in one of the family rooms for 2 nights as a base to tour the city. We arrived around 3:30pm and were greeted by Camille who was very friendly

Our room was large, clean and had a lovely set of covered balconies that looked over a square. Plenty of tea and coffee with an nespresso machine which was unexpected and an added bonus

Using the free now app, we had no problems arranging a taxi outside of the hotel to get further afield. It was an easy walk back from Sagrada Familia, taking only 20 minutes

A quaint little hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Only downside is that the shower area is a little slippery (I know first world problems)

He helped with our bags, gave us plenty of information on areas to visit, how to get there and also great places to eat that were not tourist traps

We completed our 2-day visit to Barcelona without using the metro. The location of the hostel is in the center of Catalonia. Perfect for travelers who will use the hotel only for sleeping.

this is not a fancy place but it was very clean and right in the heart of the city. We found it difficult to locate initially and would have liked more specific instructions on finding the almost hidden hotel.

The room was very clean and the bathroom and shower rooms were also regularly cleaned. Soundproof isn't good indeed, you can easily hear next door. The location is just AMAZING.

Ok for one night. Ok for one night. I was a small room with a bed. Toilet was clean and location was great.

staff were very friendly and helpful and the made to order hot breakfast was also delicious. Water pressure at shower station was impressively big and no water clog. This alone out-performed most hotels out there

There was no shower cap provided though and I found the wifi not really useful at all. It only works intermittently, and I had to really on my mobile eSIM. I’m not sure if it is to do with the room I was staying at

Casa Camper is tucked away but close to dining and shopping. The hotel is so charming. Our favorite part was the terrace with a breathtaking view of Barcelona

The hotel is located very centrally, close to metro station (2 minute walk). The design is trendy and staff are friendly. Shower has amazing water pressure

However, given the price in this location, overall I think it is a reasonable hotel to stay at if the Wifi situation could be improved

Located right at the heart of the city. The staff is very friendly and there is a fully functional kitchen for cooking. The ambience is old industrial style which gives a nice cool atmosphere

There is WiFi in the lobby area. The staff is particularly nice and take that extra step to make you feel comfortable. They also give great advise of what to visit and where to get things you are looking for

The place has a storage facility to leave your suitcases in case you are traveling. The place also has dedicated lockers to leave your valuables

all are good and near by maximum tourist spots and big shops

They had a heating system so it made night quite comfortable. Also had seating space at reception, games, water dispenser, microwave and quite a few other facilities. If I'll come again to spain will definitely book it

Excellent service and very helpful crew

Very social environment makes it easy to meet other travelers and the planned daily events make sure you are never without something to do. Great location and clean rooms/bathrooms. I couldn't more highly recommend it!

Free dinner, clean bathrooms, clean rooms, staff was really polite and helpful. We got surprised with dinner every night

Super close to the Arc de Triomphe and the old town, the daily free dinner cooking program is a major highlight, the tour program is great, and tipping is optional 😊 The counter staff are very friendly, enthusiastic, and understanding, thumbs up! 👍

There were basic things like forks, knives, and pans, and there was also a microwave. There were two floors, and the room was spacious so I used a 6-person room, and each bed had a light and a place to plug in the outlet

When I said I was from Korea, they first said hello and thank you and kindly introduced the hostel. The kitchen was big so you could cook anything and it had all kinds of spices

It was prepared like a locker so you could use it, and they even prepared a locker key when you gave me the key, so I didn't really need a personal lock

Cons:- The shower was a major issue. Despite adjusting the temperature lever, it often only produced hot water, which was uncomfortable and frustrating. The air conditioning was inconsistent and, at times, ineffective

In a humid climate, this made the room feel unbearably hot. Unfortunately, opening the window isn’t an option, as it’s linked to the air conditioning system and automatically shuts off when the window is opened

Summary:- While the sleeping arrangements and security features were commendable, the poor shower and unreliable air conditioning significantly impacted our comfort

All of the staff were really helpful and friendly couldn't fault them at all

We recently stayed in a 4-bunk room at this hostel for two nights. Overall, the experience was decent, though there were a few notable drawbacks

the sheets are given in a transparent bag and you have to make the bed (we had booked a private wax for the whole group

There is thief in this hostel! I almost lost my phone but luckily the police find it, it is hide somewhere else in the hostel, but there is no direct evidence to charge that suspect, all the hostel can do is to kick him out

About this hostel, the location is really convenient and with a fair price in the city centre. The kitchen is a bit small but it is acceptable. The shower room is okay for me and the shower room is clean in general

The staff did warn all guest to be careful for their own things and make sure to lock all of them in the locker the night before. The owner of the hostel also offer me help immediately during the whole process

If you pay card & the amount is less than 120 euro, they will charge extra 5% fee. Like all the other hostel, you should be aware of your own valuables and lock them up in the locker

Another Korean women are that lucky as the police couldn’t find her phone at last. The staff are really helpful when dealing with this issue and I really appreciate that

However, for the bed-set & towel you will have to pay 3 euro for it. Else, you can only sleep with a pillow with no bedsheet during your stay

It was the best hostel I stayed at during my trip in Barcelona. The staff were friendly and helpful – Julia was the best and helped with everything.

There are curtains and the environment is good

The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable, but they were very small and cramped. There was no door lock on the rooms either. A good place to stop if you are on a budget and passing through.

The sleeping area is small, but the common area is large, so it's good for just sleeping.

Strategically located near the metro station, La Rambla and the Gothic Quarter. Spacious, newly-renovated and clean room. Service-oriented front desk receptionists.

The hotel stay was already paid for, and a few days after we left, they're still trying to charge significant amounts to the card, which we are having to cancel
