Staying here was a great decision! The location is superb – Sagrada Familia is a 20-minute walk, Palau de la Música Catalana is 10 minutes, and the city center, where you'll find places like Casa Milà, is also just a 10-minute walk

There's a water dispenser on each floor for free use, which is a great touch! The only downside is that it can indeed get a bit noisy at night facing the street, mainly from cars. I'd recommend bringing earplugs

We stayed in a family room, which was actually two connected rooms, each with its own separate bathroom and toilet, making it incredibly convenient and comfortable!

Nice city hotel to stay in and it was in the centre of city so perfect for exploring everything. Staff were also very friendly and welcoming

The hotel is located a bit far from the main tourist attraction but there is an underground station nearby which is very convenient

Was a bit out of the centre but a 1-2 min walk from the bus stop and metro which get you into the centre in about 15 and 6 mins respectively. Free sweets and flavoured water by the front desk to take as you please

The location was close to public transit, the room was large (especially for a city), and the staff was helpful. I would highly recommend Exe Mitre Hotel to anyone coming to visit Barcelona!

Apart from that, the overall stay was satisfactory the location is convenient, with both a bus stop and a metro station right downstairs. The breakfast area is small but offers a good variety of options

The bartenders were amazing from laughs to great conversations it was all fantastic. One last point, the Catalonia team was not just good they were fantastic. They truly made our trip rememberable

The staff were great (Gaston was a favorite) and their family room with the Murphy bed bunkbed was a big hit with the kids

Gaston, was amazing his customer service deserves an award. Andrea and Maria ( I remembered her name) were fantastic with checking in and out and recommendations were awesome

I pointed out that they were the ones who told me to drink it, and they replied, "No, we told you there was water in the refrigerator!" Furthermore, slippers weren't provided in the room, and neither coffee nor tea was available

The location is the absolute best with easy access to most everything you could want by foot, metro or quick taxi

We stayed at Hotel NH Collection Barcelona Pódium back in May before and after our cruise and it was a great experience! The staff at the front desk were wonderfully helpful and kind, we had super easy early check ins and late checkouts, the bellman was very helpful bringing our bags to our room and hailing us a cab

The room was good as well and on our second stay at the end of our trip they were kind enough to upgrade us to a suite!! The pool and rooftop area was lovely and the breakfast buffet was phenomenal, I wasn’t expecting such a great spread so that was pleasantly surprising

The staff even went above and beyond with making my stay extra special with a surprise (and very tasty) birthday cake and snacks in my room. I definitely would be staying here again!

For my Wife's birthday, when we got back to our room the staff left cake, other deserts and candles and two birthday cards. The roof top pool was very nice, had a cool view of the surrounding area

The hotel is also in a really great location, it felt really safe in the area and it was also really central to most sites you’re probably planning on seeing while in Barcelona

Our room had a small balcony that looked out over the front square of the hotel, this was very nice at the end of each day to open it up and have a drink

It was very annoying, especially if you're a light sleeper. However, this isn't the hotels fault in any way. Staying at the hotel was a positive experience and did enjoy my stay

stayed here for only one night with breakfast. Tho the location is quite far from the nearest metro station(10-15mins for a normal pace) still very safe. We also appreciate the breakfast being served

Great location if you want to be near the beach, there's some nice beach restaurants and bars within 15 mins walk. The room is clean and comfortable although there is No hair conditioner and the hair dryer is not good

But overall we had a great stay and it's a good hotel

We stayed at the hotel for one night. It's conveniently located, an 8-minute drive from the Consulado de Rusia, but you can also walk there. Dinner is available at the hotel

A misunderstanding about the room on the first night was immediately resolved the next day. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful, as was the spa. The welcome was warm and attentive, with everyone smiling

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the subway. The room is large enough with a private bathroom. The hotel service is very good. They even gave me a bottle of wine for free after learning it was my birthday.

We only tried the breakfast on our last day, but it was definitely worth it: a generous buffet with everything you could want. The spa was okay — not the best I’ve been to, but still a nice addition

Great location! It's a 5-minute walk to Casa Batlló and Casa Milà, and 30 minutes to Sagrada Familia. The room was clean and comfortable.

The surrounding environment is lovely, with supermarkets nearby and plenty of dining options; there's even a coffee shop downstairs. What I want to highlight most is the male receptionist at the front desk

He kept trying to comfort me and reassure me, telling me not to worry. He was truly the best person I met; I'm so grateful. In the end, we arrived at the airport safely and caught our flight

You walk to most city attraction spots. the hotal staff all are very helpfull and get what you want. the stand room we got is littel small. if morny is not a issue try get the suprtior room

The room is clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent. You can walk to the 'Three Piece Suit' (Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Jin Mao Tower, and Shanghai World Financial Center).

The minibar drinks were replenished daily and were free, which was very convenient. The front desk staff also provided a thorough introduction to the hotel's facilities during check-in

The hotel has great location that it is within walking distances to most key tourist attractions, shopping districts, as well as offering a good mix of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and international eateries nearby

Also be aware, hotel concierge arranged ‘fixed’ price taxi ride from the hotel to BCN airport ride for €39 but we were charged by the taxi driver for approximately €47 with additional airport fees

However, the hotel room space is very tight! Lighting is dark in general except for bathroom being extremely bright

The hotel’s breakfast buffet and rooftop/lobby restaurants also have good selections and quality foods

The key is we told the concierge we were going to the airport, and he said it was a fixed price of €39. It is better off ordering Uber or Bolt yourself

It is at an excellent location central to the city and near la rambla. The breakfast was well worth it. There is a water container in the workout room at the top floor if you want an easier water refill

Breakfast: The chicken and ratatouille were delicious! Location: It's a 5-6 minute walk from the nearest station and about a 15-minute walk from Plaza Catalunya

Stay was fantastic centrally located near stores and restaurants. Easy to walk to the center of Barcelona or take the bus. Staff was very kind and helpful

I gave the facilities a rating of 4 because I felt the closet was a little small, but I was very satisfied with my stay

The only problem was when we were in a room facing the Ramblas, it was very noisy, you can hear the crowd or construction and the walls are paper thin and we could also hear the other guests clearly, they were talking very loudly until very late

That time we booked the hotel in Carlit, but because the room that time not available and still renovated, they moved us to Rivoli Rambla and very spacious room and great view in the Patio

This hotel is very new and clean and modern looking since it was newly renovated. The bathroom is very big and modern looking with a nice shower. The room was relatively clean

However as we had jet legs we slept pretty early. Was woken up by the rooftop bar around 9pm. It was very noisy and I guess with the hollow interior the sound is pretty loud

We had an issue with ants in our room but the staff changed us to a new room which was nice

And sometimes you can hear the train running. So if you’re sensitive to noise then you may need ear plugs lol. But overall very nice hotel with nice rooms and bathroom

We had a great stay here and the staff was very friendly and welcoming! It was the perfect place to unwind after finishing up our European cruise! The location was great and just steps to all your favorite shopping, restaurants and cafes! The concierge recommended a place for tapas and it was superb! We even walked to the beach and soaked up the sun! Love this hotel!

There are several restaurants and options to eat within feet of the hotel. The room was very clean, comfy and spacious. Be aware that the hotel is next to a busy street and blvd, but the noise wasn’t bad

The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to Casa Milà, and below it is Passeig de Gràcia, making shopping incredibly convenient. It wasn't as chaotic or dangerous as I might have imagined

The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but it was sufficient and tasty. The coffee in the lounge was excellent. The hotel is right on Passeig de Gràcia, so it's lively outside, making it super convenient for shopping

We had a problem with the toilet which was very fast repaired also if it was Sunday. The room was super clean, there is a glas bottle of watet for free also to fill up

Paris was decent, but in Lisbon, the hotel staff we encountered were mostly new and irresponsible, couldn't understand English, and had poor hygiene standards

It is an old building, so the walls do not have the best soundproofing, but we had pretty quiet floor and had no problems. Location is very central and surrounded by great places to eat

We stayed in a family room at Hotel Balmes and overall found the accommodation spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The housekeeping was excellent, and the hotel staff were consistently helpful and solution-oriented

The second time I stayed here, I was just as happy as I was on my first visit. Although I didn’t get the expensive breakfast, the hotel is clean, the room is very nice and clean. Albeit small.

Everything about this hotel is pure 5 stars luxury. We got 2 connecting rooms for a family of 4, and this layout of the rooms are perfect for our stay. Location is on the high end shopping belt of the city

This is an absolutely superb hotel, and I was lucky enough to get an upgrade. Upon arrival, a dedicated staff member helped with my luggage. The hotel's natural light and cleanliness are excellent

Hotel was in good location, but a bit run down. Ceiling was coming apart, and there was visible rust and moulded grout lines in the bathroom.
