Customer services was stellar, everyone was friendly, professional and went the extra mile to make feel welcome and comfortable.
The hotel has a breakfast buffet, good enough to grab a bite if you’re in hurry.
There are several restaurants and options to eat within feet of the hotel.
The room was very clean, comfy and spacious.
Be aware that the hotel is next to a busy street and blvd, but the noise wasn’t bad.
I’ll definitely be back.
Perfectly located right on Passeig de Gràcia — a superb and strategic spot for shoppers and city explorers alike. The room was a bit small, but very clean, cozy, and well-kept.
The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Everything felt efficient and welcoming from check-in to check-out.
