Wonderful stuff and wonderful energy

We had a great stay here and the staff was very friendly and welcoming! It was the perfect place to unwind after finishing up our European cruise! The location was great and just steps to all your favorite shopping, restaurants and cafes! The concierge recommended a place for tapas and it was superb! We even walked to the beach and soaked up the sun! Love this hotel!

The hotel is fine, but it feels cold, furnitures are minimal. Although I had a terrible experience, I gave my credit card numbers to the front desk in order to check-in, the day after I had 2 online purchases made in Spain (fraud) while I only gave my card numbers to this hotel. It is incredible that you cannot trust an hotel to protect your information, might even be the staff that used it (or leaked it). I don't recommend.

Very decent hotel, location is unbeatable. Reception staff was quick, smiling and helpful, welcome drinks were available (but not offered, so you kind of have to go ahead and ask for them yourselves). The room Gracia had an amazing view at the Passeig de Gracia, but don’t get your hopes up with the access to balcony (which is not really a problem). Comfortable bed, quite good soundproofing windows for such a loud street. The room itself was pretty spacious, but worn - walls are a bit shabby, leaking shower door, etc. Very clean. Overall, good value for money.
P.S. rooftop is nice, but 5.5 euros for a cup of tea in a tea bag is… well…

Great hotel with a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Had a very nice stay.

I stayed 4 nights and had an amazing time. The hotel is in a great location, close to the stores and in a very safe area.
Customer services was stellar, everyone was friendly, professional and went the extra mile to make feel welcome and comfortable.
The hotel has a breakfast buffet, good enough to grab a bite if you’re in hurry.
There are several restaurants and options to eat within feet of the hotel.
The room was very clean, comfy and spacious.
Be aware that the hotel is next to a busy street and blvd, but the noise wasn’t bad.
I’ll definitely be back.

The service and assistance at the reception was just great, highly appreciated - great advice on restaurants and cooperative approach in our individual requests with the little kids. The room was clean. Meals at breakfast wasn’t that great choice as we expected, but it depends on purposes of the stay, we stayed just one night in the hotel with the family and it was enough. Location is also fantastic - you are just in the middle of everything.
