Bed and pillow was awesome. All good for the money value compare to other similar hotels. Only thing missing was the tissue in the room. They had tissue with the toiletry but not enough
The rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious, providing a very comfortable stay. Overall, it is a great choice for visitors looking for convenience and comfort in the city centre.
The only downside is that the room was a bit small and felt cramped, though the bathroom was quite spacious. Housekeeping requires a request; otherwise, they only clean when staff are available. On the second day, after cleaning, they didn't replenish the bottled water. Good thing I bought a large bottle from the supermarket. I had to specifically ask the cleaning staff for water on the third day, otherwise, none would be provided.
When I had some free time, I was able to use the gym downstairs. The rooftop bar and pool were temporarily closed due to a Category 10 hurricane, so I didn't get to experience them. Overall, the value for money is still decent.
