Overall good hotel good for the price paid, Rooms need updating slightly but was clean, staff very friendly, No English speaking T.V Chanel’s and air con tricky(put it on 2-2 and 21c and will work fine but no instructions. Would recommend and would stay again, Balcony size very small only 2 chairs and no room after that.

Old but ok. The apartments are tired and old. Generally clean but we could smell smokers and it’s the first time we have to remove our rubbish and clean the apartment. Limited kitchen utensils, no tea towels or kettle. Location Is fantastic and generally quiet at night.

But if you prefer to be away from noise, think twice or at least ask for a room in the back (opposite side of the club downstairs). Fantastic hotel and apartments, we used both over a long weekend in late April. Location is perfect for a balance of convenience with quiet and good access. Breakfast is superb with a huge variety and really helpful servers. If you visit I hope you are greeted by Christian, he massively helped us (thank you). 5/5 from us and will definitely be back!

Good value, great location, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast included. Nice little Spa that you book by the hour, hammam, sauna, hydromassage shower, gym machines, hot tub and pretty little pool.

the food is very good, hotel is near the beach and the main shopping street as well as a bunch of good restaurants which are nearby... we suprisingly got the room which had access to the rooftop instead of a regular balcony so this was fantastic for spending the spare time, wifi on the lower floors could be improved but we didn't have a lot of conectivity problems speed could be updated...

The apartment was clean, with a few minor flaws, but otherwise nothing really to complain about. By Lloret standards, this is a really nice apartment. The Wi-Fi was good, and the stovetop worked perfectly. The hallways, however, weren't always clean. Within walking distance of all the clubs and restaurants in the area, so there was always something to do. Highly recommended for a clubbing holiday.

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of a wowcher holiday, ignore the bad reviews as you get what you pay for here and we were very impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel! Just returned from a seven night stay. I’ll jump to the negatives as unfortunately, these outweighed the positives for us. Noise - terrible at night and we constantly had broken, disrupted sleep. We were there from the Thursday (30/10) to the Sunday (02/11) and on arrival we were dropped at the drop off point by the coach, we called the number and a lovely member of staff came in the wee van and drove us up the wee hill to the main reception. I’ve just returned to the UK from a 4 night stay here on my hen do. The rooms are modern (more up to date than some of the website pics) Staff are friendly and helpful. Snack bar is really well priced and good food for a quick bite to eat. The pool is a total sun trap! Over all we got what we paid for :) and just a short walk to the main strip :)

The apartment room is very clean, shower had a nice pressure 👌🏽 everything you could ask for in a room. Food was very tasty from the bar downstairs, smashed burger in particular. Alejandro the bar man is so pleasant and makes a beautiful sangeria. Couldn’t recommend enough for a nice holiday 😎☀️

Rooms have nice decor especially the refurbished bathroom and great power shower. Great air conditioning. Checked in late and it was no problem also checked out early and that was fine too! Lovely food and drinks available too! Kids loved the selection of ice creams! We had noisy neighbours coming back from the club one or two nights but it was sorted out when we complained to staff so was ok!

It was good. Even though we rented it for one night, for four people. It was clean, had hot water, and separate rooms. The only thing missing was bedding for the sofa bed. There was bedding for the bed. We'll be back this year. I think it will be cozy and we'll have everything we need. I recommend it. The owner was nice.

Set in a cracking location, close to everything that you could need. The apartment has everything that you could possibly need with a good size balcony and fantastic sea view. The staff were friendly and very helpful, would definitely stay here again.

when I see the comments of certain people...hello the rooms are very clean as well as the toilets the cleaning ladies do their job very well the staff is very friendly both at reception and in the dining room by the pools it is clean every day from my terrace I saw the maintenance man cleaning

Very well located, the beach is right across the street, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. When we arrived, there was quite a bit of dust on the floor, so the cleaning wasn't great. The apartment was the perfect size for our family (2 adults and 3 children). It's a shame there wasn't a balcony.

Overall satisfaction was good, except for the noise at night. Good reception, but noisy tenants once at 2 a.m. and again at midnight; I had to intervene. There was an unannounced security guard at reception. I only found out about it when I was leaving and had reported the problem!

Close to the beach lots of shops and places to eat busy till 11 pm. Feels like you're on holiday as opposed to the normal full board generic holiday place... We gave our place a rest to come here... Best decision... Loved it...

The location is good rooms are basic but clean. This hotel is advertised as 5 star. We have been here a few times and only thing thats changed is new sun loungers and from 4 star to 5 star. The hotel was advertised as 4* but it definitely was not, we had to pay an additional €300 to have a family room as the standard rooms were surrounded by young, rude children running around knocking on doors and playing loud music, along with spitting over the balcony. Great food, cleanliness at a high level. The only complaint is the occasional noise made by the excursions.

Staff at reception and cleaning staff were very polite and not aggressive so that's 5 stars for service. Our shower drain wasn't working properly, the water was flooding, so we left a note while we were away and they fixed it. Rooms were difficult to find at first. But the restaurant and reception are very easy to locate thanks to pointers and signs with arrows on the floor. I haven't tried the pool...
