They are very run-down, with poor facilities, average service attitude, and bad restaurants. They don't deserve 4 stars at all. But the sea view is nice. As a visually impaired individual, I found this venue to be exceptionally accessible. The staff were not only friendly but also very understanding of my needs. Service was efficient—our dishes were promptly cleared after we finished our meal, and the overall customer service was outstanding. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The hotel and rooms are modern decorated and clean. Very close to the shops but thankfully far enough from the noisy area. Nice hotel, but it surprised me that a five-star hotel has no complimentary water, coffee or tea??? We even have to “borrow” the water cooker! Lovely hotel with friendly hard working staff. Loads to do for children up to about age 10, but I wouldn’t recommend it for older children or teenagers as there is just not enough to keep them entertained. For the younger ones, this feels like a very safe hotel where kids come first and are really well taken care of by the kids club team.

We booked this just as a base for a 4 day visit and just wanted something cheap and cheerful, we were very pleasantly surprised. The hotel is quite clean, well-kept. The rooms were cleaned daily. The food was tasty and varied. There is no all-inclusive, only full board, meaning drinks are not included, you have to buy them.
