Hotels All-inclusive in Salou

We chose the half board option, the food options let the hotel down, very repetitive, not much choice and guests were rude, you would be queuing to use the coffee machine and people would walk right infront of you to use it next, one of the worst hotels I’ve been to for food choices, meal times were very stressful

It is surrounded by a pine park. ), 10 -15 minutes walk, near supermarkets, a park for children, bus stops in all directions. In the evening, interesting show programs. Nice hotel for a relaxing stay

Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and bathroom was lovely, very big shower, no bath which wasn’t an issue for us and the room was slightly small

It would have been OK with plastic cups if they had only done it around the pool, but it is very unpleasant to drink all the time at any of the indoor bars, except the restaurant, any drink, beer, alcoholic drinks, soft drinks from plastic cups

All the staff were friendly, the pool areas were nice with a nice place area for kids. Only issue is that people were reserving sunbeds from before 8am and weren’t appearing to use them until atleast 1pm

Check-in went smoothly, Patricia, young and professional, welcomed us. 5 Euros per day for the safe plus a 20 Euros deposit. The room was very clean, the towels were changed daily

Entertainment was local and seemed like a lot of fun. Children all seemed to be entertained and happy. A few people taking advantage of the all inclusive drinks but that can't be helped

The staff was very friendly, they even did a bottle of fizz in our room for our honeymoon which was a lovely touch. They only really have air con in the rooms and a little in the restaurant

Disappointing Breakfast was ok but food was cold, other meals offered were overcooked / undercooked even freshly cooked meats and fish were left to go cold

With the all-inclusive package, the endless drinks at the bar were a real bonus! My favourites were definitely the Piña Colada and the San Francisco cocktails. The pools were definitely a highlight

This was a great place to stay. Staff were all lovely There was a fairly extensive drink menu for all inclusive. Food was okay (nothing to worry home about) but there was something for everyone

When we arrived we were given a timetable for meals which was incorrect and the receptionist even underlined the incorrect times so we would be aware

We lost €75 euros on 3 meals the first day in the park, The pool facilities we're great however there a few wasps around(not overly aggressive and cant be helped)

The hotel and facilities were very nice including the big pool with kids area , sand volleyball court, billiards tables, and the bars/ restaurants on property

Sleeping right inside the park is definitely part of the experience: I highly recommend it, as it's very pleasant to be able to walk to the attractions and soak up the atmosphere

Just back from a week at the hotel, Dont trust all the 1 star reviews, the rooms can do with some modernisation however all was clean and cleaned daily, The bathroom restocked daily, The staff we're all great and nearly everyone speaks english

The buffet was really samey and quite bland but its too be expected with large scale catering, we visted the park 3 days and only found out on the 2nd day that the all inclusive has QR codes for the park to claim free meals while you are in portaventure

However, several aspects are disappointing: • The self-check-in system is very unreliable. • The queue to collect your room key feels like you're already queuing for an attraction

Very blunt, and not many knew the first thing about speaking English which is absurd, as if your a receptionist at a hotel you should speak other languages. We went all inclusive and the service by the pool is lovely

Stayed last September for 7 days ( wished it were longer) 3 adults and 3 children 17, 12,1. Couldn’t fault any part at all. From food, rooms, entertainment, pools staff and the bonus of its own private immaculate beach

With fish that swim round your feet. Staff were amazing , especially with the kids and entertainment. ( we now have children that speak Spanish). My Grandaughter Amy is hoping to join the crew next year as an entertainer

Ideal for picky kids because of the neutral flavour of some basic foods like spaghetti or lasagna. My kids liked the fresh baked pizza the most. The beach was very beautiful

She sings and dances and can’t wait to join them. I recommend anyone to give this hotel a go as it won’t disappoint 🥰

The mini club managed by equally fantastic guys, especially Melis (if that's how you write it), very nice and super loving with the children, as well as the entertainment evenings, a truly appreciated touch of relaxation and fun

The food was great, with plenty of variety and themed nights that kept it interesting. Drinks were reasonably priced (around €7 for a half pint and sangria), and being half board worked out well

Absolutely lovely place to stay! We got a sea view room and the views were stunning. After reading reviews I was unsure I would enjoy the food but every meal every night was fantastic, big variety

Just got back from an all inclusive week in this hotel & seriously can't complain about it at all. Well maintained & the shower is amazing. The reception, bar, restaurant & cleaning staff were fantastic

Also There's a few nice beaches nearby and plenty of bars to go to! The negatives are, the walls in the rooms are thin and you can hear next door having a conversation at night and the air con isn't great either

We have had a fantastic time at this hotel! Entertainment staff were incredible and we could definitely tell how much they love their jobs. The theme nights were enjoyable especially when trying all the yummy food

The meat revolves around pork cooked differently instead of other meat alternatuves that would better suit most guests from all backgrounds

Overall I had a great experience and will definitely try come back! Would recommend :-)

Food was okay, the usual for a buffet all inclusive venue with most of the cold selection the same with the hot choices changed each day/evening

The decor was great, the rooms were clean & comfy, the WiFi worked great & overall the location was accessible to many different food places/clubs/beaches etc… Only thing I’d suggest for improvement is the food options

The evening meal was a hit-and-miss, some nights very good and other nights, not so much - but that may be my personal preference

But when at the pool the simple things like ham toasties or burger/hotdogs and chips , along with drinks. They kind of made up for it during the day at the pool or in the evening before going out

It was the first and last time 8to 10 of us used it. The food was very poor quality and poor selection. Felt like a big waste of money been all-inclusive

Starting with the room - the beds were very firm but are generously sized, bigger than a single but not as big as double. The room was clean and serviceable, but there were some age-related marks on the walls and ceiling

There is a luggage room downstairs if your checking out before your transfer. The rest of the hotel is very modern and the pools are very well maintained, clean and checked very regularly

There is also a TV in the room with British, French, Spanish and German channels. You have to pair the remote yourself, but the instructions are only in Spanish

This was our 1st time visiting Salou, and absolutely loved my holiday with my 2 children, the rooms were outstanding, they were very clean, they were cleaned daily, food was lovely spoilt for choice

The rooms had been updated, though ours was quite small—there wasn't any space to leave a suitcase open. Breakfast was the only meal included in our booking, but it was varied and tasty

the location is great, staff are friendly, I have half board, the buffet are very nice, plenty food and fruit. in the room they don't have hair conditioner, body lotion and hand wash liquid.

We went half board, not sure what to expect regarding food (as I’ve found in other places the food was cold, or not properly cooked!) I was very impressed with the food quality for both breakfast and dinner, plenty of choice, and when the fresh trays were brought out it was piping hot, so it stayed warm for quite some time

Outdoor pools were cleaned all the time, indoor pool too and they even have a Spa & Beauty at reasonable prices. 5minute walk to the beach and shops

All staff including the cleaners were so friendly with my 2, always had a smile and always greeted us whenever we were seen

The food was good with a decent variety, which worked well for both adults and children. Snacks available at the bar under the all-inclusive package were a bit limited, but still perfectly fine overall

The meals were all varied and of good quality and we barely queued for any of them…Maybe a minute at most. The daily snacks were good quality and the self serve drinks were an excellent idea

Snacks for all inclusive consist of cheese and ham or plain cheese toasty, chips, crisps, hotdog, burger, ice creams and nuts! The pool bar staff were amazing! Please ignore reviews saying otherwise… if you’re nice and polite to them then they will be the same back and vice versa! A lot of people were quite rude to them so I’m not surprised they get a frosty reception! We’re English and found the other...

We stayed at Hotel Best Sol d’or on the 21st September for 10 nights as a family of 4 plus my mum! We were quite worried after reading some bad reviews but honestly we need not have worried at all! The hotel is beautiful, really nicely decorated and we found everything to be really clean

The food was great, always something new to try and if you didn’t fancy any of it then there was always pasta with tomato sauce, all different kinds of pizzas being freshly made constantly (always a vegetarian one and a meat one available) and plenty of salad and chips every day

Drinks aren’t included by default, but you can also book a drinks package if you prefer, which makes it very convenient. Our room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, it was standard room, fridge that worked perfectly

The surrounding area is very nice, with many restaurants. There's even a Chinese restaurant nearby. But the worst part was that the room had a strong, toilet-like odor

The location is fantastic — close to both the promenade and the town center. We also really enjoyed the little tourist train that takes you around Salou. Overall, a wonderful hotel that exceeded our expectations

Stayed here for 10 nights and have to sayI was very impressed. Set in the old town I loved the area for wandering the narrow streets with the locals. Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful

Which by the way ain't very good. The bar service not too bad but it closes at 23-00. Food in the restaurant is ok

Lovely room that was cleaned daily. Our room faced the busy road but the noise outside was not a problem at all. Only negative was the walls are very thin and you can hear what's going on next door

All inclusive gets you 3 buffets a day at the restaurant and unlimited drinks and snacks (burgers, hot dogs, magnum ice creams) from the two bars. Would stay here again! Lovely

Brilliant 4* hotel with fantastic buffet choices for food, Brilliant selection of snacks throughout the day and drink is all brand named so for a Perfect hotel in the all inclusive range is the absolutely stunning Salou this is you're hotel

However, I'm glad to say there was absolutely nothing negative about our stay! * Hotel Location * The hotel is in an ideal location as it is not too far from the beach, bars and restaurants in town, so you are shielded from the noise with the option to go explore jjst a 10 minute walk away

but they are clean & sufficient. Room cleaned daily, towels changed daily if you want. Bedding changed weekly, or on request. Maids are lovely & very helpful. Restaurant/Food: Clean & staff very attentive

We booked this hotel earlier in the year and we were really looking forward to it. That was until we came on here and looked at the reviews afterwards, so we were really expecting an awful experience

Food nice (2 fussy eaters and a vegan and catered for us all) rooms basic but cleaned daily. Great location if looking for a quiet spot

So nice to find a place not afraid to shout what it is. It's cheap and cheerful. It isn't 4 or 5 star and is just honestly a 3star hotel. We think it's great value.

Had a fantastic stay at the Hotel Best Mediterraneo, From check to check we had nothing but an amazing time, Staff were absolutely fantastic during the whole stay, fresh food always on offer throughout all the dining times during the day, we booked to stay with our 6 month at the time and came prepared with a travel crib as we had heard no cots were provided, to our surprise a Crib was all made up...

If there was one thing that could be change would just be the pool being heated slightly, granted we visited back end of September through to October so wasn't expecting baking temps but the pool was an ice block at times xD

Everything was clean and nice, room was comfortable with a balcony and chairs to sit. Swimming pool was nice and we always could find beds to lay and tan. Good in the restaurant was fine

For dinner I liked octopus with potato and mussels. Drinks at the bar were nice, and the evening show when there were dancers was also very cool

The food was a big buffet style and breakfast was almost the same everyday (fresh cooked pancakes and fried egg, cereal, fruit, English sausages etc) which was lovely and the lunch and evening meal was different everyday with some staple foods being kept (spaghetti and pizza)

Rooms are neat and comfortable, though a little ambient lighting would be nice, instead of "all or nothing" illuminated. Beds are comfortable, balcony is enough for relaxing and drinks or snacks

We arrived and were greeted with a glass of champagne, and were also upgraded to a bigger room. Our room was spacious and quiet, it had great amenities, and was very clean

First mention to young Marco at reception, very polite & attentive, Mika & Albert both ran the restaurant very efficiently, especially when busy with large tables on week 2, Jose the bartender was always smiling and good at his job, the table service was also good especially during the evening entertainment, which changed each week, the daily activities ran by Christian & Andrea were such great fun...

Here for 21 nights half board with Tui, from the moment we checked-in until we checked out we have loved everything, reception, dining, daily activities and the evening entertainment, our room was cleaned daily and the linen & towels were also changed daily, the hotel is spotless everywhere

We didn't want to leave our gorgeous room but we were upgraded to the top floor with an even bigger room and free passes to the spa. Food was diverse and very tasty, especially for a small hotel

Stayed here for 10 days with my partner, kids and mums. Can not fault the place we had a great stay. Staff are amazing and can't do enough for you

First time in Salou, stayed here three nights early October, would happily stay at this hotel again, no problems at all.

NEGATIVE: the kitchen and the food!!!! That was ridiculous, and for a hotel from the Best Hotels group it is also SHAMEFUL!!! The breakfast was very very poor, and it was terrible that only one person works on the large 10 meter grill, and to get a simple omelette you have to wait 20 minutes

terrible!!! On the main table only 1-2 types of main course. The first type is meat, sometimes delicious, sometimes not, and the second type was the same every day, DISGUSTING fish in sauce

Room was ok, we had a nice balcony but the beds are very hard, showerhead was leaking unfortunately so a good shower was difficult. Overall a nice stay but there are some things the can improve

I have stayed at the Best Tenerife hotel several times and I am very satisfied, so when I found a hotel in Salou from the Best Hotels group I was happy to choose this hotel

Only 15min from airport Reus by taxi €32 for 4 person.Good food and drinks, friendly staff,near sea 250 yards.

The room was small but perfectly fine. It had a little balcony with a table and two chairs overlooking the pool area, which made it feel cozier. Ana, the pool entertainer, was super friendly from the start

The breakfast buffet had plenty of options. The hotel is just one block from the beach and the town center

I enjoyed my 4th night stay, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable 5 minutes walk to the beach, beautiful surrounding atmosphere

The front desk staff were also very kind—we were even allowed to check in two hours early. Julio at the bar was also a lovely person. The only downside: if you're looking to rest and get some sleep, forget it

The location of this Hotel is perfect, close to supermarkets, the beach and several restaurants and bars. You can walk quietly around. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious.

Our hotel room had nice views. Nice sea air. The staff was not particularly friendly. Most rooms only had multiple twin beds. Good location to beach and promenade and shopping and restaurants.

Two outside pools, although the one round the back is mostly in the shade come mid afternoon. Very much enjoyed our stay here and would most certainly return

The food was really great and lots of choices everyday. My only downside was dishes with sauces were too salty this seeemed to be the opinion of a few people and having to pay for water with each meal seemed alot

From front of house (we spoke to Jonathan, who was always ready to help) to service staff in the restaurant and the wonderful polite and cheery cleaners. My husband and I were made to always feel welcome

We would have only got water as part of the all inclusive which seems a lot to pay in that regard. Water was available in a water stand in the morning but that was removed for lunch and dinner

We didnt go all inclusive as we dont drink much alcohol or eat the poolside snacks. So the extra it cost wouldn't be worth it

The pool got most sun in the afternoon but honestly we walked literally two minutes away to a gorgeous little beach every afternoon for sunbathing and dips in the sea. There were three beaches ranging form small to large

Our mornings spent walking around the coastline to the bustle of salou or the opposite way to the lighthouse. I would say if you intend to walk the coastal path do so in trainers. I always did and I am glad for it

The staff within all areas of the hotel were very friendly and went above and beyond to help us, which was greatly appreciated. The room was spotless everyday

We stayed here in August-September 2024 and had such a wonderful time. We went full board and the food was excellent at every meal. Such great choice and quality to choose from every day

* no floats in the pool - a dad had a baby in a floating aid and the lifeguard made a massive scene and told him he had to hold the baby - ridiculous * the pool is like an ice bath - the sea was warmer

* the food selection isn’t great but it was adequate * all inclusive but the selection isn’t the best * I had to share a double bed when a twin would have been more adequate

There was no option to book a twin and i doubt a hotel that huge doesn't have twin bed rooms. Also the soundproofing was terrible, during the day it was very noisy from the neighbors
