While my stay at the hotel was pleasant overall, I was surprised to find that certain amenities I consider standard for a 4- or 5-star hotel were missing. Complimentary drinking water, coffee and tea, a bath towel, and a chair in the room are basic expectations at this level of service. The hotel is neglected, the parking lot is dirt with holes, and the lighting is poor at night. They don't inform you that all the restaurants will be closed, and you have to queue to get in. As for PortAventura World, the theme park is awful. I don't plan to ever return unless they change their system of charging for everything.

The hotel food was very nice but the staff are rude and very unfriendly. They seem to hover around waiting for you finish and make grab for your plate. On several occasions even when I hadn’t finished.

The staff was very friendly and check-in was quick. The room was a bit small, but it was fully equipped. There were paid spa services and a swimming pool. The breakfast was very, very generous. The surrounding area is very nice, with many restaurants. There's even a Chinese restaurant nearby. But the worst part was that the room had a strong, toilet-like odor. It was really unpleasant.

It was a little further away from the beach, which made it very good value. My room happened to be in front of the lift, so it was a little noisy. It was clean, spacious and with a balcony. Nice hotel,in the old town of salou, quiet, served well by the bus service. The pool isn't very big and the sunbed area . The sunbed area is cleared by 19-30 20-00 hrs for tables and chairs for the evening entertainment. Which by the way ain't very good. The bar service not too bad but it closes at 23-00 . Food in the restaurant is ok . Overall not too bad.

Had a great stay, breakfast was absolutely perfect! I only slept there and didn't use the pool, etc., so I can't comment on that. The beds were very comfortable, and clean towels were provided every day.

Great hotel & great value for money. Food is good for the large variety that they present each breakfast & dinner. Bar staff are tremendous & enjoy helping you learn Spanish (when you try and order in the local language). Facilities all good and entertainment was good too. Bed was a little hard for my liking and the cleanliness of our room was more of a 4/5. Overall 4/5 stars but would stay again.

Recently got back from this hotel last week, the rooms are clean and dining area is clean! The only bad things are that the pool area looks nothing like the pictures, there is too many chairs next to the bar area then there is sun beds all seemed all over the place and was hardly anywhere to go in the sun. We stayed at the San Diego 10th to 20th September. I'd say it was a good Premier Inn with a pool. The staff are all friendly and helpful and the hotel is mainly clean & tidy. We had a problem checking into our room as the air aircon made a hell of a racket, but we were moved with minimum fuss. Stayed for 2 nights as it was cheaper to come to salou than a weekend away in ireland. Great hotel well positioned in Salou with easy access to the beach ~ 7 min walk straight down the street. Rooms clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Lovely roof bar with loads of seats and sofas to relax on and a nice pool up there as well.

Returned to this fabulous hotel once again, this time with our 17 yr old son who loved it as much as us. We were kindly upgraded at Reception and it was so lovely to see the familiar faces. With the lovely staff, perfect location and that rooftop, you cannot go wrong. Cannot wait to come back!!!

Everything was perfect. My only complaint is that I booked half-board and they wouldn't let me change dinner for lunch. I thought that was a bad idea; they finally changed it, but it was a struggle 😂. The facilities are very new, and the pool is ideal for children. A bit far from the beach. Parking is available in the blue zone next to the hotel. Ideal for families!

Check-in was very slow, and there was a long wait at reception. The 4 p.m. check-in time was excessive. A 10/10 room! Choose a room with a terrace. Dinner and breakfast were 9/10! I loved the Asian dinner and that drinks were included. The pools were ideal for children! A very family-oriented crowd.

The hotel was first class.. The staff are amazing.. So clean will definitely be back with the kids..
