The hotel location is excellent, surrounded by lots of restaurants in a beautiful square. The hotel is very clean as are the rooms. Food is reasonably priced, 3 toasted sandwiches/fries/bottle wine/coke...all for €26 approx The negatives are as follows: staff , while not rude, are not overly friendly either. The air-conditioning in the room didn't work and staff just shrugged it off. Thankfully we were able to open a window and noise wasn't too bad. The triple room was very small but we got over that. Tea/coffee making facilities would have been nice. We assumed breakfast would be buffet style but wasn't, you just went into their cafe and the choice was poor, coffee with a pastry/sandwich/roll. We paid about €10/€12 for 3 of us. If you are Irish, I suggest bringing your own tea bags and just ask for hot water. Their tea is earl grey and brutal. There is no rush in the staff so don't expect fast service. When checking out, we weren't even asked if we enjoyed our stay.

A small, three star hotel on a busy square which has lots of bar terraces. We had a room at the back, so no noise from the square. However, the walls are paper thin. As we discovered when our neighbours returned at around 23:30. It was as if they were in the room with us! Rooms are small, but everywhere was spotlessly clean. The WiFi was really fast. In stark contrast to the 4-star we had just come from in Barcelona. Restaurant Quattros, a few doors away on the square, had an excellent Menu del Dia. We ate there both days we were in Tarragona.

A lovely hotel in a fabulous location, very friendly and helpful staff , it's almost like a family run hotel , I would like to mention their names but I forgot to ask, but the young man on reception and the ladies at the bar/cafe were a delight . A treat to have a room with a bath , all in all a great place.

3.5* Cute hotel with a family vibe in a great location, on Plaça de la Font. It does have some downsides - Rm 402 is a tiny double bed, draped with a single bed sheet so you can imagine how that works out for 2 people during the night. The bedside lamps are so low voltage that it is impossible to read and on one side the lamp is located so far from the bed that you have to get out of bed to switch it off. Not overly keen on sachet soap (although they do have a gorgeous smell); and if you are facing the square, you need to choose between open window and high level of noise until the early hours or closed window and AC that blasts directly at your head. Twin beds might be a better bet towards the back of the hotel if noise is a problem for you. Good WIFI and great water pressure. Despite the small issues, we did have a great time in Tarragona, so if you are looking for a central location and value, then this hotel could be for you. The front desk is very helpful

Considering the price, it really is great value for money. In the heart of Taragona with parking on your doorstep. Clean rooms with air conditioning and pleasant staff. Highly recommend for a short stay.

No soap or liquid soap or shampoo.. Fortunately web had brought our own. Liked the presence of hairdryer. Location perfect apart from noisy street life. To be expected though

I can highly recommend this hotel if you plan to visit Tarragona Old Town. It’s located on a bustling square very close to the major attractions in the Old Town. Despite being in a square with restaurants and bars there was no disturbance at night. It’s also just a ten minute walk from the bus station. Hotel was spotlessly clean, good quality bed linen and surprising modern bathroom. The bedroom had air conditioning and WI-FI. Every single member of staff I met were cheerful and friendly. It’s also extremely good value. I would not hesitate to stay here ago.

Had a very enjoyable stay in this area to vist
And hoilday but we were pick pocket on returning to hotel the upper management did not care or show and help to us the only one was a waiter .
The room was not bad but we had a leaking aircon so had water over floor we reported it but was just mop it up so unimpressed
Would not stay at this hotel again .
Only thing was the waiter and waitress were very nice and helpful

Spotless, quiet room. Amazing location, though access by car was tricky due to road closures. Breakfast was excellent! Samara and Paula were absolute sweethearts, working tirelessly despite a busy, rainy morning rush. Would definitely stay again.

Nice establishment with an excellent location not too far from the station. The staff are great and were able to give us pointers for some of the must-see places as we only had a day in the city. We were able to roam around quite bit even with the limited time because the hotel is right on the town centre...the name says it all.
