Not a good experience for us. We stayed there for one night.
The hotel's location is good, 20 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from the city center. The positive point is the parking (17€ per day).
However, for a 4-star hotel, it's not up to standard... in our room, the sink was completely clogged, there was mold in the bathroom, there were strange stains on the walls and bedside lamps, and the window handle was broken. The worst part? The cleaning ladies knocked on our door at 11:01 a.m. to ask us to leave so they could clean the room, even though checkout wasn't until noon... Not a great way to start the day.
It's not worth 4 stars. We've stayed at other 2-star hotels that were much better.

I had a very disappointing stay at Hotel SB Ciutat Tarragona. The room we were given was dirty, and the bathroom was in unacceptable condition. The toilet hadn’t even been properly cleaned and had pee all over it. The air conditioning didn’t work, which made the room extremely uncomfortable, especially at night. The towels looked dirty, worn out, very poor quality. On top of that, the lift service was frustrating, with very long waits every time.
Overall, this hotel did not meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, or service. I cannot recommend it, not even for a single night.

Hotel was alright, service was ok.

- the "gym" is literaly 3 cardio machines in a room you can barely turn around
- pool relatively small
- when taking a shower and adjusting the shower head height, the metal holding fell off...

The room was spacious enough and clean.
The main bed had a very hard and uncomfortable mattress. The second bed had an even worse mattress.
The AC did not work and the room was too hot to sleep comfortably.
The gym is not a gym. No space, no weights, on running machine, stationary bike and elliptical.
The pool is on the roof, but very small.
The concierge told us that parking would be 17€. It was 36€ instead.
Not at all satisfied with the service and helpfulness of front desk staff.

I went here for five days. the hotel looked nice, and the layout was easy to figure out. Restaurant was on the first floor, and it was a buffet. the options and food variety could definitely be expanded a little bit, but i understand that they wouldn’t want to stray too far from the local cuisine. The desserts were nice though, and so were the breakfast options. my friend really liked the spanish omelet.

The refrigerator and air conditioner in the room were broken, the pool is tiny for a hotel with so many rooms, however the staff's service was good

Good Hotel. Rooms are clean, good swimming pool on roof top, restaurant is ok but maybe little more choice for the menu.

Only stayed one night. With that said, the staff is very friendly and check in was easy. However the location is next to a bus stop and there were some unsavory individuals around. There is a taxi stand close by. The rooms were very very hot and the beds super hard. No extra pillows and the bathrooms cleanliness was less than desirable. A maid didn’t even knock when she entered my room in the morning. Not horrible but probably will never return.

This hotel was a complete disappointment, far from what you would expect from a 4-star establishment. The bed was a disaster, way too soft, leaving me with back pain. You could feel the springs poking through, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom was incredibly outdated and not practical at all. To top it off, the bathroom door got stuck, adding to the inconvenience. The TV was ancient, as if it was straight out of the 80s. Overall, this place feels more like a 2-star hotel at best. Definitely not worth the price or the supposed 4-star rating.

Rooms need an upgrade. For instance, TV is very old and has an extra TDT deco, just for very old TVs.
Breakfast is buffet, but quality needs an improvement.
Rooms also need improvement. Walls have scratches and bathrooms are old.
Staff are really kind and helpful.
