PortAventura Hotel offers direct and unlimited access to PortAventura Park and includes one access to Ferrari Land, making it a convenient choice for theme park visitors. This hotel needs a total overhaul, starting with the owner/management. The staff looked over worked and could hardly raise a smile, which I felt was reflected over the whole park. There was certainly no Disneyland smile here! It really damages the atmosphere of the place.
Breakfast had to be booked in advance we ate at 10 meaning NO HOT DRINKS until then as no kettle etc in the room. Expected in a 4 star hotel.
The food was fine, if you want to sit outside or away from the service area, just do it. The servers won’t take you there, I just brushed past them and choose my own table.
You had to pay €6 to store your luggage on arrival, which is ridiculous, the lookers were tiny as well. How can you pay over €500 a night for a hotel and then pay for baggage storage.
This place is all but two stars, which is a shame. It lets itself down with bad management and a lack of fun and warmth. We will go back to the park, but not this hotel!

The hotel is ideally located in the park. However, the soundproofing is truly lacking. One night, until midnight, we could hear the joyful noise of children in the next room! Another night, we listened to the conversations of a chatty family.

The minibar fridge is empty guys! Usuallt 4 stars hotel provide some merchandise and we pay for what we consume!
Also no kettle and coffe sachet or Nescafe or coffe machine, other hotels do have those.

Bigger TV would really be a nice touch , the office underneath doesnot have a visible plug, I had to “redecorate” the room just to plug my laptop

Great little break away. Only negative points were checkin took forever and queues in parks were loooonnnng.
Hotel is clean and tidy and prices for food and drink are reasonable for a resort hotel. Will definitely be back.

I stayed at this hotel for a corporate event, and unfortunately, it has been one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in over 15 years of consulting.
There was visible mold around the air-conditioning vent, and the air-conditioning itself did not work properly. The overall condition of the hotel is old, tired, and poorly maintained.
Another major issue: there is no free drinking water available anywhere. Tap water is not an option since it smells strongly of chlorine, like a public swimming pool. The fact that you cannot get drinkable water (other than buying at a vending machine at airport prices) in a hotel of this size is unacceptable. Staff were generally unfriendly and unhelpful, which made the stay even worse.
The food is mediocre at best—not particularly fresh and certainly not at the level you would expect at a hotel catering to large corporate groups.
On the positive side, there is direct access to the theme park, which is convenient if that’s what you’re here for. But beyond that, there is very little to recommend.
Overall, this hotel is extremely disappointing. I was forced to stay here due to the corporate event, but under no circumstances would I ever choose it myself. Easily the worst hotel I have stayed in for a work event. No reputable consulting company should his their events here.

Good points: The hotel has a great location and a nice environment, with direct access to the park. The rooms are spacious, and although the facilities are old, they are relatively clean. The hotel's swimming pool is also quite nice.
Bad points are also prominent: The rooms don't provide tissues, and there aren't even water glasses, which is very inconvenient. Drinking water has to be bought from vending machines outside, and it's extremely expensive—a 500ml bottle costs 3 euros. No one answers the front desk phone. The hotel staff are very friendly, but their English is limited.

Overall, it was a good experience. The hotel staff were very friendly, and the room was clean. Our booking included three meals, which we all enjoyed. My son especially loved the pasta and steak for dinner. The attached picture shows the meal we had at a restaurant inside the park; I forgot the name, but every dish was delicious.

The room on the first floor was too damp! There were a lot of ants. There were almost no facilities in the room. The accommodation experience was average; but the restaurant was very good, especially the dinner, with a rich variety and very cheap; the most convenient thing was that it was almost inside the adventure park, which was great; the tram parking was right next to the lobby and you could charge it for free, which was great. No need to check out, and you saved the queue.
