Breakfast had to be booked in advance we ate at 10 meaning NO HOT DRINKS until then as no kettle etc in the room. Expected in a 4 star hotel.
The food was fine, if you want to sit outside or away from the service area, just do it. The servers won’t take you there, I just brushed past them and choose my own table.
You had to pay €6 to store your luggage on arrival, which is ridiculous, the lookers were tiny as well. How can you pay over €500 a night for a hotel and then pay for baggage storage.
This place is all but two stars, which is a shame. It lets itself down with bad management and a lack of fun and warmth. We will go back to the park, but not this hotel!

The minibar fridge is empty guys! Usuallt 4 stars hotel provide some merchandise and we pay for what we consume!
Also no kettle and coffe sachet or Nescafe or coffe machine, other hotels do have those.

Please try to add a drinking water bottle at least one per night, it will not cost much🤭and a set of tissues near the bed or the TV Unit
Bigger TV would really be a nice touch , the office underneath doesnot have a visible plug, I had to “redecorate” the room just to plug my laptop

Buffet is really nice and tasty, wide variety.
Hotel is clean and tidy and prices for food and drink are reasonable for a resort hotel. Will definitely be back.
There was visible mold around the air-conditioning vent, and the air-conditioning itself did not work properly. The overall condition of the hotel is old, tired, and poorly maintained.
Another major issue: there is no free drinking water available anywhere. Tap water is not an option since it smells strongly of chlorine, like a public swimming pool. The fact that you cannot get drinkable water (other than buying at a vending machine at airport prices) in a hotel of this size is unacceptable. Staff were generally unfriendly and unhelpful, which made the stay even worse.
The food is mediocre at best—not particularly fresh and certainly not at the level you would expect at a hotel catering to large corporate groups.
On the positive side, there is direct access to the theme park, which is convenient if that’s what you’re here for. But beyond that, there is very little to recommend.
Overall, this hotel is extremely disappointing. I was forced to stay here due to the corporate event, but under no circumstances would I ever choose it myself. Easily the worst hotel I have stayed in for a work event. No reputable consulting company should his their events here.
Bad points are also prominent: The rooms don't provide tissues, and there aren't even water glasses, which is very inconvenient. Drinking water has to be bought from vending machines outside, and it's extremely expensive—a 500ml bottle costs 3 euros. No one answers the front desk phone. The hotel staff are very friendly, but their English is limited.
