My mum and I have been staying at the Delfin for a few years now. We like it’s a bit smaller so the staff get to know you. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.
It’s an ideal location just a few minutes walk the beach, promenade and lots of shops and restaurants. There are at least 3 supermarkets within a 2 minute walk. If you wish to get a bus to explore further a field the hotel is just a few minutes walk to bus stops.
We like the roof top pool, which is a small plunge pool but the views are great and you can order your drinks/snacks up there too.
The wristband system in the hotel is so handy, no need to carry cards/cash in the hotel you can do everything with the wristband.
I also like the hotels commitment to the environment, with staff even helping out on beach clean up days too.
Rooms are a nice size, we are never in them much. Most rooms have large walk in showers too. Things like hair dryers and fridges are all standard in the room too.
Great hotel, we love it.

Food was okay some nights wasn’t great and same food throughout the week and not a lot of variety. Hotel itself very clean and friendly staff. Always cleaners in daily ensuring you have clean towels and the rooms are cleaned. In a good walking distance to the beach etc.

Hotel spotlessly clean. Other people say staff can't do enough for you .I say reception staff are rude and don't even acknowledge you. The life guard doesn't speak English. Other reviews say food is plentiful, hmm truth is it's like a freeforall, not enough seating and you get people undercutting you and tutting at you if you take too long picking up the food . It's that bad I even had a woman put her hand through my legs to get a plate , to which I said excuse me I don't know you that well for you to do that . Her reply was no English. The food is repetitive and warm at its best . Told the staff only to get warm it in microwave. We went half board but did no expect to pay 1 euro for what I can only describe as filtered tap water at evening meals. Took my own but was not allowed to take it in .staff are rude .the only staff who are friendly are the cleaners. Drinks are overpriced and watered down.
Pools are cold deck chairs too close together.
To some h10 delfin up , spotlessly clean. Overpriced and not worth the money you pay , for the service you get .for what we paid half board here we could of got all-inclusive and better service elsewhere.

The H10 Delfin is spotlessly clean and is situated a short walk away from the beach where you can if desired hire sun loungers/ umbrellas for 10 Euro each per day.
The hotel has two pools on ground level and a small pool on the rooftop ( access from level 6).
I purchased a towel from a nearby shop for 5 Euros but you can also hire a towel from the hotel if you wish for sunbed use at the hotel.
The room were perfectly acceptable with a small fridge / safe supplied free of charge.Bed was comfortable and bathroom had overhead and hand held shower heads.Shower door frame isn't wide enough and water can spray onto bathroom floor ,so be aware if the same in all rooms, otherwise fine.
Worth mentioning that there is no kettle in the bedroom...Also supplied is a dental kit toothbrush/ paste/ comb . Housekeeping came to the room daily and changed towels as requested.Rooms maintained to a high standard by the friendly staff.

Water at evening meals is chargeable, but there is a supply of water available near the pool if you want to fill up your water bottle during the day or you can purchase bottled water from the bar or supermarket across the road who were also friendly / helpful when I asked about English newspapers.
Breakfast/ Evening meals were good with a wide range to choose from( buffet style). There was plenty of tables to choose from at all times.
All the staff were super friendly and could not do enough to help you.
You gain access to your room via a wrist band and you can load money onto this so you just tap the band against their machine so no need to carry a card around with you whilst in the hotel. You can go in the pool/ shower/ sea with your wristband on...no issues.
If half board you can get a light lunch at the Hotels outdoor pool bar or walk into Salou and try a cafe like 'Faraggi' which offers an amazing Banana split.

The lifts are small and there are only two...and on a few occasions one was out of order so it was rather busy on occasions.
Being an adult only hotel it was generally quite and very relaxing and there was no mad scramble for sunbeds in the morning and there is plenty of plush seating inside near the main reception.
First time at this hotel and happy to give it a very big thumbs up.

Travelled with Jet2 and credit to them for supplying this hotel at an excellent price and making the total experience very smooth and enjoyable.

We stayed at the h10 for a week at the end of August/start of September and our room had some issues in the bathroom but the staff were so good at sorting it out, they got a maintenance man up straight away and when the maintenance man couldn’t resolve the issue, they insisted on moving us rooms to get us a better room with a better bathroom, the staff genuinely cared about the quality of our trip which was really lovely to experience.

The only fault we had with this hotel was that all 3 pools were so cold that they were unusable, we spoke to quite a few people around the pools who said the exact same thing and that they were unable to stand the cold temperatures of the pool and didn’t use it.

The food was good and had a decent variety and the hotel is brilliantly placed being so close to the beach!

We had an excellent stay at this hotel for 9 nights.

Staff - They are very kind and will always be around, taking orders and clearing tables. The entertainment staff are very enthusiastic and it is clear they love their jobs.

Rooms - The rooms are good sized and well air conditioned. We loved the large/powerful shower. Rooms are cleaned exceptionally well every day. All cleaning staff are very friendly and will always say hello. They seem to enjoy their job and always have a smile on their face.

Food - Breakfast was lovely. There was a large selection every day. We were half board and had dinner twice (as we enjoy eating out). We felt there could be slightly more options available for dinner, although we did enjoy the food we had! Can’t complain much though.

Sunbeds/pool - The pool area was always exceptionally clean. We enjoyed the games played throughout the day. We never ever found an issue getting a sunbed, and some days we went to the pool at 11am and never reserved a bed with towels. Huge pool and nice atmosphere - we loved it!

Overall we would definitely stay at this hotel again. We had an amazing holiday and spent a lot of time in the outdoor areas.

We stayed for 7 nights in June 2025.
Great variety of good food, different dishes everyday to choose from. If you don't like something from the menu then you must be extremely picky.
We found the staff very pleasant and obliging. The daytime entertainment was pretty good fun organised by Dani and Mariana so a big shout out to both of them as they interacted with everyone who joined in with massive enthusiasm.
The hotel is in a very good location being 10 minutes from the beach and one minute to the first bars and restaurants.
All in all made for a great holiday and we have booked to return June 2026. (Tried for September 2025 but fully booked)

Just got back from a weekend away in Salou at this hotel! We booked a superior room. We arrived at the hotel at 10am and we was aware that check in wasn’t until 3pm however when we got to the hotel reception said our room was ready for us and we could go up straight away which we was so happy about as we were so tired from catching an early flight! The reception staff were so kind and friendly. The room itself was lovely but I think the terrace could definitely be improved, we also got told we would have a pool view but we didn’t get that which was a little bit of a let down but nothing major. The terrace was massive and could definitely be utilised a lot more furniture wise - think it could do with a little revamp. None the less it was lovely having that extra space. Our room was cleaned everyday which was always immaculate. The rooftop terrace pool was my favourite part of the hotel, it was beautiful and so relaxing. We went half board and my mum has a gluten intolerance and they catered to her needs so well. The chef showed her everything that she could eat and even made her a gluten free pizza which was really nice - very impressed. The food was nice especially the breakfast. The location was brilliant - next to so many shops, bars and restaurants and 5-10 min walk from the beach. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We stayed in this wonderful hotel in September and got a room on 1st floor where restaurant is due to I need a walking stick. The hotel is spotless, staff are so lovely and helpful, special mention to Judith on reception for help getting me a walker. Our room was lovely and our maid came in every day. The restaurant we stayed half board and always found something to eat. Shows at night were really good. As an H10 Grand class member I can honestly say I was very impressed with the hotel and in a great location to the promenade. See you next year - Rhoda and Bob Lucas room 111 ♥️

Wonderful location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Price vs quality is 6/5. Friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner buffet both are delicious! No kids allowed is another plus at this hotel, especially since you want some peace and quiet.

The only thing is that the lobby bar opens at 10am, so you can’t get coffee before that. Also the coffee from machines in the restaurant is not real coffee 😏
