H10 Salou Princess in Salou

This is a great hotel in the centre of Salou, our room was very clean with nice bed and quality bedding. Everywhere is very clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful.
We stayed half board, the selection of food every day was amazing. Nobody does English breakfast like the English but it was a decent effort with lots of other options available, continental, cereals, wonderful selection of fruits, freshly fried eggs, tea, coffee, juices, even a variety of milks etc.
Evening meals were also great, lots of choice with different dishes throughout the week. I don't think my waistline appreciated it but every night was a treat.
100% would return to this one or be confident when booking a stay at any other H10 hotel.

Fantastic hotel! Staff all friendly and helpful. Such a relaxed atmosphere and everything in Salou is reasonably priced. Weather was 27° mid October. Had 10 lovely sunny days. Beach is great in Salou. I am fussy where I stay and I would come back to Salou and same hotel. Food is good in hotel with plenty of options. As everyone says the breakfast is amazing. Had the best time and don't want to go home x

Hotels is in a great location. 10 minutes from the beach and town. It is spotlessly clean everywhere. Rooms are good. Ours had a bath as well as a shower, and a fridge. Picturesque pool area but lots of shade from the trees if you don't get the right place. There is an area at the top of the steps which is completely un covered. No-one is allowed around the pool until the doors are unlocked at 9am. We had no problem getting a sun lounger in October but this may be different in the Summer. Beach is only a short walk if all else fails. There is a nice old fashioned separate pub bar at the end of the hotel, also open to the public. Both the hotel and bar have entertainment. Reception staff and bar staff are excellent and all very friendly and polite. Not sure how many of Manuel worked at the hotel. He was everywhere everyday in whichever bar we went in. Works his socks off. The only thing that stopped me giving this a 5 rating and not making it, in my opinion, a 4 star hotel, is the food and restaurant staff. Yes there was plenty of choice but at whatever time you went in there the food can only be described as lukewarm at best. We queued up on our last morning, waiting for the restaurant to open at 7:45am and the food was already cold.
The restaurant staff and chefs were totally different to the rest of the hotel staff and generally found it hard to raise a smile. Salou is nice but I would probably try a different hotel if we went again just because of the cold food.

The hotel is kept immaculately clean and always smells fresh & clean. Each and every member of staff are a credit to the H10 Chain. They go above and beyond and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are clean, airy, spacious and extremely comfortable with towel change everyday "if" required. Each and every member of staff works so hard to keep their clients happy. The food choice in the restaurant at breakfast and evening was fantastic, with a whole range of different foods suitable for all kinds of diets. Drinks in the bar areas, indoor & outdoors are very reasonable with extremely pleasant staff. Location of this hotel was perfect for us too👌. There is a supermarket next door to the hotel, again very reasonable prices. We enjoyed our stay at the H10 Salou Princess that much, we have already booked up for 2 weeks September 2026. This hotel is lovely, its in an ideal location, just a 5min walk to the beach and the hive of all the action. Loads of shops, bars, restaurants to choose from but away from all the noise. Bedrooms Lovely and clean, plenty of space, beds not too bad a bit too firm for me, pillows lovely. USB chargers we only had on 1 side of bed which was a bit strange. They did have plugs both sides though. They also had a full length mirror which was great, the chair was so heavy though and made no sense where it was as you had no mirror to get ready by that area etc. Balcony was lovely had top floor pool view room. Also the wardrobe, there was nowhere to hang dresses fully, there were hangers but then there were shelves halfway down preventing then to flow down. There was a free safe and fridge but its not a very big fridge. There was a kettle in our room but no mugs or spoons or anything for tea/coffee. Luckily we brought our own but either dont have kettles or provide everything needed. The lead was not long enough to plug in from the table so you have to do it on floor. The bathroom was lovely, lots of storage space, but missing a shelf for shower area. Massive walk in shower and towels changed daily if you wanted. Dining The food was delicious, really enjoyed it. Few things to mention. The staff should not be taking the hot food away so early on the one side (hour and half before). They need more hot food choices not the same on each side. The chefs did cook different things each night. There were also no lactose free yoghurts or butter in morning. Im glad they had lactose free milk that was so handy in the morning! Breakfast was lovely. Everything you can think of from cereal to toast, toasties, omelettes, pancakes, fruit, salad, full English etc. The evening meals were nice too just needed more choice. Also they need to add what desserts they are as its just a guessing game. Another idea would be more themed nights only saw mexican one all week. Paella should also swap between meat and seafood as not everyone likes seafood. Had meat paella once the whole week. Couple of things to note: There are no tables by the sunbeds which would be useful. The 9am race wars is comical, some people actually run but just head there for 9am and you can always get a bed. The H10 pool towels were €20 for 2 and refunded at end when you hand the towels back in. The wristbands that are your room keys that dont come off once you put them on so I just kept it in my purse. An idea would be giving customers cards with restaurant timings on like a ‘welcome pack’ or QR code in the room that tells you all info and check out times too. Checkout was before 12pm which was an easy process and luggage storage if you werent being picked up until later. Right next to the hotel is a supermarket with everything you need and even a lovely bakery/cakes cafe too. Taxi rank is also outside here. Me and my family stayed last week and we all very much enjoyed our holiday,the hotel itself is lovley I found the staff very helpful,we was half board and the food was ok you would always find something!my only complaint would be some of the older guests can be very rude it's a family hotel and for some reason I noticed a lot of the family's with children was having heads shaken at them or funny looks if they was trying to enjoy there family holiday!also the sunbed situation I understand that some people are a creature of habit but it was like the hunger games at 9 in the morning. Now we get to the entertainment team valeria and the team was the best they really made our stay enjoyable and both adults and children loved them.

Entertainment team are funny and energetic, very friendly and worth the time during day and at night. Food is excellent and worth the holiday. Valeria, Noah, Maria, Fabio, and eugeni thank you for an amazing experience.
