Everything was verry good. The food was verry good. The only thing we didn't like was there were to many couples with young children.

Brill hotel, clean, tidy, food is great, pool area is clean and fresh, the entertainment is brill, staff are brilliant and friendly. Would deff book here again.

Amazing hotel that has great staff and is very children friendly. One person in my family got sick and the hotel helped us dealing with that. Thank you for your amazing serivce, I will defintely come back.

The hotel is very suitable for children, both in terms of the pool area and the food in the restaurant. The small bungalows are nice and cozy and all areas are neat and clean.

Me and my husband only stayed for 3 nights and we were so sad we had to leave after such a short period. But it was a perfect stay and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Booked via Jet2, no problems at the airport or with transfers. Local carnival was on so had a short walk but guides made sure there were no problems (a little loud but its a carnival!) HD Parque Cristobel was in a good location, not too noisy but in easy reach of shops. I would have preferred nearer to seafront but there is a shuttle bus to take you to by the lighthouse and Melonares is lovely. We have now been twice and will be going back again. The staff are wonderful, the food is great, always something tasty to eat. Always sun loungers available. The rooms are a great set up for someone in a wheelchair. I love this place

Friendly staff, good variety of food! But the facility need an upgrade

Staff were extremely nice and friendly! Food was good with good variety. However, I was not pleased with the overall condition of my room. For instance no automatic closing mechanism for the main entrance door of the room, the toilet door was not closing and opening easily! No drying rack for clothes in balcony. The room water boiler for making tea was very basic with no tea bag or no coffee provided...

Good I really like this hotel and enjoyed the stay. Excellent food, but could vary more ( I was there for 2 weeks and got very tired of it). Rooms start to need a renovation and modernize to 21st century (USBs, comfy chairs in rooms, more modern bathrooms and overall decor). Annoying noise from construction in building next door every day from around 9am.

A good option for a reasonable price

The breakfast was delicious, very plentiful and varied. The hotel is very large, close to a small supermarket and many restaurants. The taxi rank is right in front of the hotel, very convenient. The staff were helpful and pleasant.

OK ok stay Beds fairly average the Internet doesn't work properly which they charge extra for . The Hotel is old but very clean. If the management made the beds more comfortable and installed wifi the stay would be more comfortable they charge plenty for the rooms so there no excuse.

Excellent bungalows, small (12) but all the basics are available. In addition, bicycle racks, swimming pool and laundry facilities are on site. Reception open 1 hour per day. Staff very friendly, cleaning excellent. Is 18+ so no nuisance from children. From peace seekers sitting here.

Bungalows Tenesoya are wonderful! It's fresh, it's pretty new and very clean! Crew is very helpful and very friendly! It was our first time at Tenesoya (Jan. 2023) and we loved it. Back next year.......longer! It is very good!!!!

We stayed for a week (november 2022) in a four bedroom bungalow. The park was recently renovated and the result is very nice. Clean and comfortable rooms, equiped kitchen and tidy park. Also friendly staff. The mayor downside for us was the fact that we only got 2 keys, while we've booked for 3 persons. As grown up adults, we don't hold each others hands and it happens that we loose each other while...

We were one of the first guests after a beautiful renovation. It's a small park and therefore not a lot of people. Nice and clean bungalow, very good beds and the kitchen is fully equipped. pool with a few sunbeds and for every bungalow a big sunbed. I think they have to finish some little things, during the ten days we stayed the where finishing the last bungalows, lights by the pool. We where missing...

Great bufet restaurant, visit possible for unaccommodated guests also. Perfect bufet lunch (you can eat as you much).

Great location, very central for shops, restaurants, pubs galore! 2 min walk from STUNNING beach. Hotel is lovely, clean and good facilities. All inclusive options were great, loads of choice. Came here with 2 friends - we're all 50 (nearly) and not party animals and loved the vibe of this place. Highly recommend!

We are there now which put down in a basement room which over looks a very small pool ,seems all the Germans get the best rooms from what I can see .. No pool bar around the pool so you have to go through the hotel to out side bar and bring it back.. air conditioning not work as well in the room

Nice staying in November 2024. Me and my wife will return to Sahara Playa. The staff was serviceminded. They gratulated me with wine and chocolate on my birthday. Clean and nice room with see view. Good and fresh food with lots of vegetables and fruit. Kennet C, Sweden

Stayed for 1 week here in May. Loved the place. Clean and tidy, quiet and staff were always friendly. Had a great selection of food throughout the week. Within walking distance of Yumba, Cita Centre. We Loved this place so much we're going back to it for another week in October.

Nice hotel good food. Good sun loungers. Note the hotel requires guests to pay a 150 euro "supposedly" refundable deposit at check in. I paid with a debit card and am still waiting for it to be refunded 15 days later. The hotel have since advised this may take 20 to 25 working days. I would suggest guests insist on paying in euros so as not to end up in my situation.

Good location in Playa de Inglés. The outdoor/pool area was super nice and modern, with plenty of comfy pool chairs and sun beds. The breakfast and dinner buffet was great with different special cuisines every night and a great variety of foods. The rooms needed to be renovated. They had a nursing home vibe to them and very minimal lighting. They were not the cleanest rooms ever but they had a decent...

This is my fourth visit to Hotel Caserio within two years, and I can honestly say the hotel is perfect. It’s always nice to see the regular staff as well as new faces, especially the new daytime entertainment staff. The hotel is clean and spotless, as always, with great service from start to finish. Overall perfect hotel to stay! The staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakeast changed slightly daily and had good choices for everyone. Cleaning people did fantastic job in our room every day :) The pool area was clean (cleaned daily) and enjoyable. The Jacuzzi was my favourite thing of all (FYI i think the advertized "heated pool" meant jacuzzi since the actual pool felt cold)! Pool bar staff...

Rooms A+, Location S+ and the staff/service is wonderful and detailed. Entertainment almost every night and the food, whether it's breakfast or dinner, is top! I need to visit once again. Last but not least, in November there are almost no kids around and that might be something worth if you care for peace.
