Hotel Parque Tropical was a visually stunning hotel. The staff was more than accomodating. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffet. Just returned from a lovely week visit to this beautiful Hotel! The whole place is spotless clean and staff are amazing each and every one of them and so is the food and room , can’t beat the Riu hotels .

Found absolutely no food that was good. All fish and meat were hard and dry every day. Much tasteless otherwise. Little choice for children. Mostly only Germans in the hotel. Elegant hotel in beautiful surroundings with lovely plants, nice rooms, very clean, and with staff who are very nice and attentive. Unfortunately, the lack of cooking skills drastically reduces our overall experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff were all very friendly, our room and the public areas were kept very clean. The food was very good and the bar service was excellent. We had no problem at all in getting sunbeds at anytime of day. The only slight downside to the holiday was that once you left the hotel the resort was quiet and a little run down in areas.

Staff were extremely nice and friendly! Food was good with good variety. However, I was not pleased with the overall condition of my room. For instance no automatic closing mechanism for the main entrance door of the room, the toilet door was not closing and opening easily! No drying rack for clothes in balcony. The room water boiler for making tea was very basic with no tea bag or no coffee provided...

Good I really like this hotel and enjoyed the stay. Excellent food, but could vary more ( I was there for 2 weeks and got very tired of it). Rooms start to need a renovation and modernize to 21st century (USBs, comfy chairs in rooms, more modern bathrooms and overall decor). A good option for a reasonable price

The breakfast was delicious, very plentiful and varied. The hotel is very large, close to a small supermarket and many restaurants. The taxi rank is right in front of the hotel, very convenient. The staff were helpful and pleasant.

Greatest staff I’ve ever met, crazy good place and friendly atmosphere. Everybody smile and talk, always free to give advice on places and others. Rooms are comfy and there A/C in each one. There’s always something to do in the building , from quiz night to karaoke, in the morning there’s yoga, schiuma party ecc ecc. Food is great. Recommended

Had a really pleasant week here just before and during Oct mid term. The bungalows are really pretty and colourful plus the grounds are very clean and the plants are well kept. The pool was great, warm enough to swim especially in Oct. Small supermarket on site and the prices are reasonable. There is a bigger one a few minutes of a walk away. Taxis great value. Close proximity to Yumbo and beaches...

Excellent bungalows, small (12) but all the basics are available. In addition, bicycle racks, swimming pool and laundry facilities are on site. Reception open 1 hour per day. Staff very friendly, cleaning excellent. Is 18+ so no nuisance from children. From peace seekers sitting here.

Bungalows Tenesoya are wonderful! It's fresh, it's pretty new and very clean! Crew is very helpful and very friendly! It was our first time at Tenesoya (Jan. 2023) and we loved it. Back next year.......longer! It is very good!!!!

We stayed for a week (november 2022) in a four bedroom bungalow. The park was recently renovated and the result is very nice. Clean and comfortable rooms, equiped kitchen and tidy park. Also friendly staff. The mayor downside for us was the fact that we only got 2 keys, while we've booked for 3 persons. We were one of the first guests after a beautiful renovation. It's a small park and therefore not a lot of people. Nice and clean bungalow, very good beds and the kitchen is fully equipped. pool with a few sunbeds and for every bungalow a big sunbed. I think they have to finish some little things, during the ten days we stayed the where finishing the last bungalows, lights by the pool. We where missing...
