everyting is good. Especially, we were satisfied with food market. it was good quality and excellent service. And theere were a lot of program, facilities for kids.

Good hotel, good for the money, but can’t say it deserves a 4⭐️ Service is great, everyone was very helpful and going the extra mile to make your experience great. However the rooms need updates and maintenance.

Privelege suits are worth every cent. I upgraded to the privilege suites . They were so spacious and clean the balcony was the size of some of the rooms and was looking onto the main pools. Aircon was good. Don't believe all the reviews about the food. I found it a great selection and not repetitive at all. All in all i will recommend to everyone and will be back again.

Very good overall, We stayed in one of the 25 bungalows for a week , and had an amazing time , few steps to the beach, a well cleaned place and a lovely reception answering any questions you might have,

I was a little concerned with all the negative reviews before my stay here. Honestly though, its fine. If you want basic, simple self catering accomodation, a 5 minute walk from the Yumbo centre, then for the price, this is absolutely great. Yes, its a bit scruffy in places, but its great value. An apart-hotel for unpretentious tourists. Even in the renovated rooms, the furniture, plumbing and kitchen utensils have seen a lot in their time. But that's not important. The room was not cleaned upon check-in, and there were constant problems with cleaning later. We contacted the reception a couple of times to ask them to take action - to no avail. It's a great hotel for the price - facilities are good, staff are all lovely. The food is well cooked but there's not a huge choice compared to other hotels we've been to. Joey's restaurant is nice and you can book there as many times as you like. The location of the hotel is a little out the way but there are free buses to the beach and water park daily, plus Holiday World is five minutes walk away...
