Palm Oasis Hotel in Maspalomas

We were here 3 and 1/2 weeks. We absolutely recommend Palm Oasis for those seeking a quiet and comfortable experience with friendly staff, nice rooms, decent breakfast, and a nice pool area. The only negative I can think of is that you need taxi for transport, or use the free bus down to Maspalomas beach, so there isn’t much to do near the hotel. We stayed here with a 1 year old and a 4 year old, and they too enjoyed the stay. Palm Oasis is however most suitable for couples I would say. Thank you Palm Oasis for a nice vacation!

Went there as a family for a week in the end of february 2026. Had a very pleasant stay. Staff was very friendly. Our son had a great time with the lovely woman the reception. Thanks again! 🙂

A great hotel with lovely facilities. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The staff are superb, the rooms are large with all you need and beds comfy. Will definitely return here again

We stayed at this hotel in Maspalomas with our family and overall had a very good experience. The hotel is very nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay.

We stayed in an apartment, which was very nice and spacious, with a great view. It was perfect for traveling as a family, and we really enjoyed our time there.

The only negative point was related to drinks during meals. Breakfast and dinner were included, but we were not informed that water or any drinks were charged extra. We were asked to pay for the water only at checkout, which was unexpected and should have been clearly explained in advance.

Apart from this, the overall experience was very good, and we enjoyed our stay

Palm Oasis! What can I say. It was as perfect as it always is. If you are looking for a beautiful, relaxing, well managed place close to Maspalomas and Playa del Ingles then this is the place to go. The staff work hard and are always so friendly and welcoming. They really make the holiday. The apartments although dated are kept in immaculate condition. You have everything you need if you decide to stay in and cook for yourself.

Just finished a week at Palm Oasis and what we thought would be a budget type holiday turned out to be amazing value for money.
The apartment we had was a great size, ground floor with a big balcony. Great location for the pool.
Both pools looked great but we only used the top one as the lower level one looked more for families with younger children. Some people did get crazy about the sunbeds but we never had any issues and there were always spare around. You do get given generic towels to use at the pool which is good but then they all look the same so we also put our own down so we knew which ones were ours.
Didn't eat in the restaurant but used the pool bar everyday for drinks, coffee and beer. Happy hour seemed to be 11-12 and 4-5 which was good value.
There is a basic gym on site which has a couple of treadmills which both were faulty at some point, cross trainer, bikes and an array of weights and cable machine.
There isn't much in the way of restaurants, a few scattered in the area but we did go to the Love and Hate Pizza place one night which was good value and the food was good.
Taxis down to Faro de maspelomas were around 7euros so we are down there mostly, some really good restaurants.
What you do have close by is an Aldi which has everything you would need and the bakery was a godsend for breakfast and snacks.
El tablero shopping centre is a 10 minute walk for mobile people and 4 euros in a taxi if needed. Some good shops there, such as Zara, Stradivarius and Pull & Bear.
We don't ever stay at the same place but Palm Oasis you were amazing, the staff so friendly and attentive. The whole site was so clean, rooms were cleaned daily, except for Sunday.

Staff as always are very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and clean but could do with an update/tlc. We will be back as we like the location and staff.

We ABSOLUTELY LOVED our holiday at Palm Oasis for lots of reasons:

1) Its location is easy.
2) The cleanliness of the whole hotel is immaculate.
3) The care of the plantation is second to non which is lovely to see in such a rain deprived island.
4) The staff were super friendly and accommodating.
5) The apartment was super big, tidy and clean with a balcony bigger than any room in our own home.
6) We will definitely go back and we would definitely recommend it to others.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel — everything was simply perfect. The highlight was definitely the large, sparkling swimming pool, which was always clean and inviting. Surrounding the pool is a beautifully maintained garden filled with tall palm trees, creating a peaceful and tropical atmosphere.

One of my favorite spots was the cozy terrace near the pool. It offered a great selection of drinks, perfect for relaxing under the sun. The service was excellent, and the setting made it feel like a little oasis.

Another big plus was the stunning view over Maspalomas. Whether during the day or at sunset, the scenery was truly breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to relax in a beautiful and well-kept environment.
