Very nice hotel rooms large with fridge and kettle we were facing the pool with distances views of the beach and sea room kept very clean towels changed every morning if you want to.pool clean and heated and gardens kept immaculate we were bed and breakfast and it was fine serving fresh fruit, cereals and bacon and eggs etc which was of a good quality we were there for seventeen nights and loved it the only down side was the bar down stairs didn’t sell coffee it was only in the restaurant under the all inclusive package we were told, would we return YES definitely nice location no taxi needed lovely restaurants and bars right outside the hotel.

The room were good and the breakfast as well, the biggest problem was the beds/couch that’s so hard and stiff that our body hurts after a few nights sleeping. Asked for an extra mattress at the reception and they just mumbled they gonna se what they can do and if we didn’t received one that day I can come back the next day and ask again..but the worst is the “entertainment” that start at 9 pm every night and is so loud our kids can’t sleep until it stops at 10 or 11, this is not a hotel for family’s with kids

We are in the hotel now and enjoy our stay here. Great value, excellent stay for the price you pay! It’s a small all inclusive hotel with big rooms! Former apartments renovated in basic hotel rooms. Love the shower, great water pressure. I saw some negative points about the bed, but in our room the bed is very comfy, not to hard and not to soft. Food is OK, some days are better than others but every night there is something we like. Love the sangria the barman makes, he is great in mixing drinks. Almost all staff are super friendly! Ok to be honest, it could have some maintenance or painting, food could be more variously but overall it’s a great value and we have a great stay, in the end it is what you expect, and you don’t pay for a Hilton or Riu, so have your expectations accordingly. I like it and will enjoy a week more holiday here

It’s good but tonight it was a new level. The entertainment I couldn’t work out what language he was trying to sing in. It wasn’t German, English or anything else close to to Spanish. It’s only 9pm I hope to god this doesn’t go on for another 2 hours ! And may the cat survive being strangled.

Extremely bad, rooms, quality of food, maintenance, staff and specially sub director . We checked in, our air-conditioning didn't work, they sent a technician , and he couldn't fix it, after 6 hours i got back to reception, and they told, we need someone from outside to come and fix the problem, I said no, change my room, at 21:30 pm, we changed our room, the second room, the fridge didn't work, they changed the fridge, and then we had a problem with the shower, the water wouldnt go down. Again we changed rooms, in third one as well was a lot of problem but we kept it to our selves as we had enough. We talked to the sub director, she said I will return two nights of your booking and give you a %20, discount for any of our hotesl around Spain. This is for the 20th of November 2025, till now we couldn't get our money back and she is not picking up her phone either. Don't book this hotel if you want to enjoy your holidays times.

From the pictures portrayed it looked a lovely ‘4 star’ hotel. However it certainly is not in my opinion 4star !! At a push 3star! Rooms were ok ,clean and tidy albeit a little tired. Food …well considering it’s so called 4star …I’d hate to go to a 3star!!! 85% of food ( even when they open) is lukewarm warm ! After the 4th night we went out and ate as we were fed up of similar Luke warm dishes being served …this was breakfast Luke warm…lunch Luke warm and evening meal Luke warm!!!!.. salad bar was great ! Don’t even get me started on so called evening entertainment!!! 3 or 4 young entertainers trying to entertain ..NOT …. And the outside acts were scraping the barrel ! Having been to playa de ingles many times in different all inclusive hotels …I have to say this is theorist

Check in was welcoming and easy, all information needed such as safe operation and meal times explained in paper format which was great. One bedroom apartment overlooking pool was huge with self catering facilities. We were All Inclusive and the food was delicious, plenty of choice which catered for all tastes. Pool was refreshing, jacuzzi warmer and entertainment adequate. I really enjoyed my stay, the staff were attentive and the complex clean tidy and relaxing. Location is good with plenty of bars shops and close proximity to the beach. I would throughly recommend this hotel and definitely stay there again.

We’ve just spent a week at the Akeah Brocemar. I was skeptical reading recent mixed reviews. Daniel at reception was lovely & all staff members acknowledged you. Hotel is in a great location, local amenities are within walking distance. Lots to do in local area. Although slightly noisy from neighbouring hotels/bars. Thankfully we were on the 4th floor, facing the main road & could see the sea. We did manage to sleep. However, sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable & teenage son couldn’t sleep on it, so partner took it instead for the week, after requesting some more back support. Rooms had everything we needed & was cleaned regularly. The only little gripe was water, tea & coffee facilities were not replenished. However, shops are really close, but we spent a small fortune on shop trips for munchies & water. There was plenty of choice for food & I always found something to eat at the All Inclusive. I’d probably recommend heading down for opening or just after. As a few times food wasn’t hot. I enjoyed many dishes & enjoyed the cakes/dessert. However, the flies were a bit annoying, there seemed to be less if you ate outside. We ate out a few times, the Chinese down the road was lovely & the little takeaway around the corner from the Irish bars served a lovely chicken wrap. The weather was beautiful. We overall had a great holiday. Lots of German/Dutch clientele, which I feel the hotel is aimed at. But evening entertainment did include English guests.
