The location of this hotel is in a great spot. Close by , after 1 minute walk you will find the first restaurants and little shops. Also pretty much in front of the hotel is the bus stop that will take you to the excursion spots. Very spacious room, comfortable beds, nice bathroom and very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet is huge. A great variety of all kinds of different food. Even fresh smoothies are served. We booked breakfast only and are glad we did. At the arrival day we tried the dinner buffet out of convenience, because we were tired and wanted to stay at the hotel. Big selection as well but we are glad we didn’t book the half board. Just because we like to explore different restaurants, especially when there are so many to choose from. Gorgeous facility in general with a very lush yard. Lots of palm trees and exotic bushes everywhere. A hotel that looks so different from the other ones in this area. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed for a week with my wife for a bit of winter sun, the hotel was ideal for us, away from hectic night life, but still in walking distance of the town, the food was fantastic and the staff were friendly, attentive and the room was very comfortable…….would definitely recommend staying here

Absolutely fantastic stay. The hotel is beautiful and very tropical. It is not modern but it is very clean and has a lot of charm. It is close to everything you will need. The staff are amazing, nice, and very helpful.

Great location, rooms are traditional, dated but spacious. Bathrooms facilities needs updating. Food buffet was great if you enjoy quantity over quality. Breakfast buffet is best. Gardens around the pool are lovely. I recommend a room with sea view to fully enjoy this hotel. Personnally i think it's overpriced for what you get overhall, it is much nicer to be in hotels by the main area (Faro)

Hotel Parque Tropical was a visually stunning hotel. The staff was more than accomodating. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffet. I am terrified of cats and there were cats on the property, I didn't think i would enjoy being there because of my fear of cats, but I must say that the cats did not bother anyone and I enjoyed myself. I recommend this property for anyone wishing to travel to Gran Canaria, Canary Island. The room was large and extremely clean. The view from my room was spectacular because it was the view of the ocean. Each room has a balcony which I loved.

This was our 1st time in Gran Canaria and deciding to stay here was a great choice for making amazing memories and feeling that were in an actual themed resort not your average hotel that you'll notice easily as you get into that area.
The front desk lady was very nice and welcoming, helped us to change the initial room to one that was facing the interior garden/pool and partial sea view, we loved it.
The food was okay overall, good service, maybe the only thing that you don't usually see in a 4* hotel is to queue for getting a seat in the restaurant. Because they have limited capacity you'll be assigned to a specific time slot. The area near by is nice, plenty of restaurants and entertainment options. The bus station is just beside the main entrance. Overall we're satisfied and can recommend it if you're looking for a nice and quiet place.

Very pleasant 4 night stay. Clean, nice grounds, pleasant and helpful staff, food was good and with pmenty of choices (we purchased half board). Location can't be beat. Hotel sits right at the beautiful boardwalk, which goes for kilometers in both directions, and the beach is right there on the other side. We arrived in a rental car and found it to be very difficult to find parking, so much so that once we found a space a 1/2 kilometer away, we left the car there for the stay. Consider the bus or other options. The bus system in the area is inexpensive and efficient.

We really enjoyed the hotel. The area is green and very well maintained, our room, with a garder view, was cozy, breakfasts and dinners were delicious and varied.

Had a lovely meal her this evening, great staff, very friendly and polite.I had the duck in Japanese sauce and my partner had duck in chilli sauce both delicious. Nice relaxing evening lovely place to eat.
