Fabulous hotel with amazing staff. All of the staff in this hotel are really friendly. Carol is lovely, she talks to all the guests and always has a great smile for everyone. The waiters remember what you are drinking and get fresh drinks for you straight away. There are always plenty of comfortable sun loungers available, and fresh towels every day for the loungers. Rooms are immaculate, the friendly maids clean them thoroughly every day. Really enjoyed the variety of food in the restaurant & would definitely return.

Had a fabulous week at the Neptuno at the end of August. The staff, particularly Juan and Romano in the night bar, are exceptional. They are friendly, professional and provide a wonderful atmosphere for a relaxing holiday. The hotel is spotless and the food is exceptional. Will definitely be back. Thank you all at the Neptuno for a great holiday.

An amazing hotel to stay. We were there for 11 nights and were made to feel so welcome by the attentive staff. Food was excellent and on some nights was themed to various world cuisines. Food was of a high standard and we loved the fact that they did certain dishes in the form of tapas which made it even more bootable and allowed you to taste various dishes at once. The pool area was very well maintained with plenty of sunbeds and we had the sun all day. The snack bar was also very well managed and served a great selection of drinks and food (not your usual poolside food) which surprised us. The rooms were spacious and clean and the beds very comfortable. Staff from start to end of holiday were so friendly and approachable and this made our time at the Neptuno even more special. The staff are a great asset to this Hotel. We loved it so much that we are returning next year and have booked it already and extended it to 14 nights ! See you all next year, you have created an excellent vibe in your hotel that we have never experienced before at any other, we thank you so much for making our holiday so special and so relaxing.

A decent place to stay in the south
Lovely, friendly staff mostly, clean spaces. Note that’s it’s not actually “all inclusive” as there are certain basic drinks that they require you to pay for, eg a mojito or a red bull, which I found pretty strange. It’s actually a “mostly inclusive” but the service was good and the food was okay. Had many issues with the plug sockets in the room too, my phone wouldn’t charge besides the charger working elsewhere. Never an offer to move rooms or try to find a permanent solution so it became a bit frustrating throughout. I guess they did their best but it’s not somewhere I would stay again.

Very nice hotel, amazing location

Slight disappointment: the bathtub in the bathroom was a bit rusty and could see the work has been done to repair a hole in the bathtub but has not been done properly
Mattress on the bed was over soft which can cause back pain
Really appreciated the robes and sleepers in the bedroom and the big balcony

We have stayed here for 10 nights and have really enjoyed our stay. The food has been excellent with a lot of choice. The pool area has a good number of loungers that are managed (so people can’t hold them with towels easily). The pool is well maintained and has a bar next to it for drinks and lunch.
The service from staff in all areas of the hotel is excellent. The receptionist who checked us in (Carolina) was very friendly and helpful. Staff are quick to clear plates and glasses and are very polite.
The room was a little basic, but very clean (including the bathroom), with a decent balcony area. Rooms cleaned everyday to a good standard. The hotel is well located to key attractions, such as the Yumbo Centre, and you can easily catch buses to other parts of the island from stops that are less than 10 minutes from the hotel door.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel for singles and couples. If you are LGBT, the hotel and island are very safe and welcoming, with a vibrant gay scene. We would stay here again.

They just don't use enough heat. The dough seems to be soggy, even with crisp edges.
Thin crust should be easy to get right.
But... this is the norm we see in Spanish pizzas. So I think the best bet is to drop pizza while in Spanish territories.
The general absence of spices in all food here makes for a really drab meal. Pizza with no punch is just tomato paste on a unsalted slab of cooked flour.

Not even sure this is a real Pizza Hut. Ordered a large Margherita on thin base, they bought out a deep pan instead. The sauce didn't even come close to the edge, there was about an extra inch past the crust that was just cheese. The only way it compared to real Pizza Hut was the incredibly oily base. Not many good pizza places around Playa Del Ingles, I'd avoid here.
