🇬🇧 ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience We came here on Sunday with a day pass. The place is clean, but it hasn’t changed at all in years — same entertainment, same girls, same routine. The restaurant was a complete disaster: the paella was made with cheap, rubbery meat, and I ended up with stomach problems for two days. The staff looked stressed and annoyed. All this for €50, and not even a single drink included! It really feels like they rely on tourists who will pay anyway. Definitely not recommended for young couples — better avoid it. The facility is clean, but it has been the same for years - nothing new, even the entertainment is identical every year with the same girls. The restaurant was a disaster: the paella was made with tough, low-quality meat, and I had stomach problems for two days. The staff was stressed and annoyed. And all this for €50, without a single drink included! It seems like they're counting on tourists who will pay anyway. Absolutely not recommended for young couples – best to avoid it. It's more of a place for older people.

Decided to try out facilities yesterday on a day pass that cost 39 euros. At the main desk, they placed small adhesive paper on our camera lenses, which left a sticky smear on expensive camera lenses. They served no practical purpose because residents didn't have them, and they could be easily removed and stuck back on. The only info they offered was that clothes had to be removed, and yet there were 3 to 4 people covering up. We arrived just after the resort opened for day passers, and the only 2 beds we found available were tucked away next to the toilets. Our only view was the toilet block with no access to the sun's rays! Surely, they could have advised us prior to parting with our cash that there were no sun beds available. It was not practical to engage in any social interaction, so we decided to leave after around 2 hours. Upon leaving, we asked at the front desk if they could organise a taxi, and the lady went into the backroom to ask before returning to say that taxi companies are forever changing their telephone numbers. and so they could not help us. The staff showed zero consideration or help and virtually left us stranded. Despicable customer service and an experience to forget!!!!
