Irina, the receptionist, was excellent and very attentive! The hotel offers complimentary luggage storage and provides towels and showers for use the day after check-out. Excellent! The breakfast was very good!

Nice place, good vibes, helpful staff, tasty breakfast.. over all a great experience. Will definitely come back and highly recommended to everyone looking for classy and budget friendly options at the same time

The tax is not mentioned when you are given the price, and the restaurant doesn't provide water, saying that the hotel doesn't have drinking water.

My favourite was the roof top pool, good music, staff at the bar were amazing and the food and cocktails lovely Breakfast was a good selection of food and all well presented The spa was very clean, the sauna and ice bath and pool jets fab

The rooftop pool is absolutely stunning with wonderful views and of course the amazing sunsets each evening. We booked B&B the breakfast is OK, not the best but had something for everyone

The balcony was huge and a lovely sofa out there The beds were comfortable, great bedding. The shower was good, kept the temperature and pressure. Plenty of storage space Both pools were clean and beds to chill on

Just arrived home from a brilliant stay at this hotel. Breakfast is good, lunch and dinner menu is also great. Rooms are sparkling clean and general atmosphere in the hotel is excellent

The hotel pools were both good but we preferred the roof top infinity pool as you had a view over the bay. Breakfast was really good with such a large variety, we also enjoyed having lunch on the roof most days

Room was perfectly comfortable and clean, the pool was small but guests can also take advantage of the other hotel’s facilities which are large and quite nice. Food, drink and music at the pool are all good too

The rooms are spacious, modern and interestingly decorated. Close to the old town of Eivissa (Ibiza Town), there is parking, the area is nice

However, it was friendliness of the staff and their willingness to attend to us and our needs that really made the hotel standout

The food was lovely and rooms were clean great! If you’re staying in a Concept hotel you can use the pools of the other hotels which is great they’re very close to each other and the music at Romeo’s is not great

We were always greeted when entering and exiting the building all our queries were put at ease and the recommendation were great! Quiet and calm One thing I would say which is is just a language barrier if your from uk receptionist asked for a voucher when we checked in we were panicking and stressed as love holidays did not send us one after 15 mins realised it’s the booking confirmation she wanted we thought it was a voucher

The bus stop between the airport and the hotel was also just a 10-minute walk away, so it only took 20 minutes by bus to get there, making it the perfect place for someone like me who can't drive

The front desk was very friendly. The Ibiza tourism information was very detailed. The kitchen had all the cooking utensils. There was a balcony facing the street and it was very quiet

The hotel was simply fantastic. We went to Ibiza to party but needed a quiet and clean place to stay. Our suite with a sea view was perfect, complete with a kitchen and a huge terrace

The view was breathtaking, and the room was spotless and brand new. The breakfast was amazing, offering everything you could possibly want

The room is a decent size with lots of storage space in the wardrobe. The bathroom was new and clean throughout. The balcony is great for sitting outside too! Big thanks to Laura on reception for the great service!

During our stay, my husband and I were warmly welcomed by Laura. Her smile, kindness, and genuine attention made us feel at home right away. Laura is someone you don’t forget easily

The AC in the room was a lifesaver, the pool was very clean and the room too

Towels could be improved, as some had old stains and needed replacing. The taxi from the airport cost around €13, with a similar fare to Ibiza Town

Overall we were happy with our stay, some things very good and a couple that could have been better: Pros: Good location from airport only around 14euro in taxi 10 min journey, about a 7 min walk into town and beach Super friendly staff, they are really helpful with every request all really nice Towels can be hired Nice pool area Cons: Noisy - as not far from airport planes going over all time and...

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast had a nice variety with new items added daily. It can get a bit noisy at night (earplugs recommended)

Our experience at Bossa was amazing! Vicky and Chavy at the reception were incredibly welcoming and provided outstanding service throughout our stay

The hotel is located just off the main street — about a 5-minute walk — and around 20 minutes on foot to Ushuaïa nightclub

There’s also a bus stop on the main road near the hotel, with buses to Ibiza Town for about €2 per person

We had a magnificent stay here. The pool and rooms are stunning, 4 minutes walk from the best restaurant street in the old town. Wonderful and attentive staff, making the stay extra special.

everyone at the hotel was just wonderful. our first room was small and we asked for annotated which was granted for the extra fee of 70€

the shuttle service in a brand new Tesla to and from town was a real treat since the hotel sits at the very top of the hill. this hotel is a must for Ibiza

Just stopped here for a beer today. This hotel is popped up quite a few times when I have gone to book a holiday in Ibiza but I have not booked it in the past because the swimming pool looks quite small

We arrived very late but reception is staffed 24/7 so there was no problem and friendly staff welcomed us & explained everything. Breakfast by the pool was plentiful & tasty with loads of options

I had a very pleasant experience at Hotel Lei IBZ. The staff was friendly and professional, and the room was clean and comfortable. Everything was well organized, making for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend it!

Transportation nightclubs where you can go wherever you want very close to the centre and the beach You had very good breakfast in a location very close to everyone Thank you very much for everything, I would think about coming again, I recommend it to those who want to go

Location is ideal with bars, restaurants, beach & shops nearby. We will use another Vibra hotel for sure although this one was noisy but that's the other guests being not respectful

Was decent stay defo not the nicest hotel but it was near a lot and a had a pool so did the job.

Reception available 24h (baba, great guy) and very friendly. Nice pool and bar, great location. No parking though, but easy to find close by

You can hardly sleep at nights because most of the people in the hotel celebrate, also during the week. The pool is clean and the room is nice. Rooms don't get cleaned up every night.

In the most perfect location where you can still get sleep but walk to the strip in a matter of 5 minutes. If I come back to Ibiza, I would most definitely stay in this hotel again!

It‘s a very good place to stay in Ibiza cause said the price is affordable and the location is good. It’s near the central bus station in Santa Tonio‘s.

THE BEST place to stay in Ibiza for genuine caring staff, beautiful clean accommodation, fantastic location, great pricing and most importantly … Toni’s (the owner) KILLER FLAO (Ibizan cake) which he serves up with ripe watermelon on his YACHT over the west coast of this gorgeous and mesmerising island

Staff were all very friendly and helpful with our holiday with great suggestions for restaurants, ordering taxis etc. Rooms were very clean and tidied daily

Cons: we felt the pools and certain of the saunas were dirty (you could clearly see dirt and residues on the walls of the pools)

Pros: Good location, nice spa, saunas, pool and gym. Restaurant was great and food was excellent. The gardens were beautiful and the trees and bushes very well maintained

The hotel is in a lovely central location, clean with large rooms , however the pool wasn't open or functional during our stay , it had 2 men working on it and tape up , when I complained to trip they contacted the hotel who said it was open , absolutely bizarre reply

The fact is I could have stayed in ibiza Rick's whose pool was open ( as we went and checked ) for the same price

Bit of a mess on checking in and they charged me for X2 people for city tax yet I told them there was just going to be one staying. Room spacious and bathroom spot on too. Big balcony, overall well worth the money

I did not stay here, but had an amazing meal in the restaurant. Got a huge T bone steak with all the helpings, including a drink for only €30. I had to takeaway half the steak, it was so big, but was that good

This is our second time at this hotel and the location and proximity to the beaches and prime location of playa den Bossa makes it hard to beat! Great value for young people or younger couple, wouldnt recommend for families though since it is definitely more of a party vibe can get noisy but this is to be expected

A good place to stay in Bossa is you plan on clubbing. Breakfast is served 8-11 and has many options for the pretty people. Location is 10 min walk away from Hi and Ushuaïa one a less busy street then the Main Street

Hotel guests are coming and going at all hours of the night, so if you are not clubbing I would not stay in Bossa but would suggest staying in Ibiza town

The hotel was in a great location, staff were great! The pool is only 40 cm deep so it was perfect for us to cool off but not great if you’re looking for something deeper

We had a great stay at the hotel. While there was a leak in our room, the staff responded immediately to check on it. Although the leak wasn’t fully resolved, we chose to remain in the same room
