Mark made the best chips in the world – absolute legend! I really enjoyed my stay here. Great food, amazing music, and such a lively energy that made the whole experience unforgettable.

Very nice staff , good location. Rooms are basic however they are very clean and tidy. Could do with a fridge in the room though. Nice atmosphere in hotel and around pool / bar area with good facilities, food and drinks available too. Good value for money would recommend. We came for closing parties and was great. Marc is also very friendly and kind and Anything we needed he was able to help . Great customer service thank you . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was awesome, nice shows at the evening. The food was also great and the entertainment was the right amount to be fun and not at all to much.

Location - Cala De Bou is a lovely area, the hotel is 2 min walk to the sea, a few small supermarkets and restaurants around, more on the quiet side for dipping in and out of the chaos of San Antonio itself. One negative was how close it is to a terrible club next door called Plastik, it’s open till 5am so if you stay I’d ask for a room that faces in land as the sea view rooms face the club and the bass can be heard easily. It took 25 mins by taxi from the airport and was around €35 for a taxi. 45 min walk or 10 min taxi to West End area of San Antonio. Water taxis available also for €5 taking 15 mins but the sea was too choppy on our visit to use this. They come every 30 mins from 10am until 7pm. Hotel - clean spacious rooms, sea view beautiful just noisy from club opposite. Air con very good, balcony for every room a plus, pool area nice and clean, 3 pools including small kids pool, one quieter area too. Breakfast included and really nice and filling, no one challenged us on taking a few bits away for lunch either to eat at pool side. Entertainment every evening, we had a magic show, bingo and a singer. We also did a yoga session which was lovely. A few nights that we didn’t stay out late on the strip some other residents played music in their rooms or were screaming down the hallway so be aware it’s possible to get rowdy holiday makers! Staff - attentive and helpful, we needed more sheets as was slightly chilly at night, also a small leak in our bathroom and was sorted straight away. The entertainment staff were great, we had a guy called Marc do the bingo and it was very fun and the prizes very generous. The lady we did yoga with was lovely too. Really good value for money, would go back!

We had such a wonderful time at this budget-friendly all-inclusive hotel in San Antonio Bay. From start to finish, the experience exceeded our expectations and gave us exactly what we needed for a family holiday. The location is super convenient, with easy access to the beach, shops, and local attractions, which made getting around stress-free. The food was consistently good with plenty of choice, so there was always something for everyone (even for the picky eaters in the family!). The entertainment team really made the holiday special – engaging, fun, and full of energy. Our kids absolutely loved the day time activities, and the evening shows kept the whole family entertained. Marc was a superstar! Yes, there were a few small things around the hotel that could do with a little update here and there, but honestly, it didn’t affect our stay at all. What stood out most was the value – for the price we paid, we felt we got far more than expected. Overall, a brilliant family-friendly hotel with great service, good food, and fantastic entertainment. We left with happy memories and would definitely recommend it to other families looking for a fun, affordable getaway in San Antonio Bay.

Recommended place to be if you don't want to go there by car. There are few car parks and it was very difficult to find a place to park
