Only thing that really bothered me was the isolation. It feels like i can hear people breathe in the room next to me.
Our experience at The Red Hotel was, unfortunately, far from what we had hoped. The only highlight was one friendly and helpful staff member at reception, but sadly, he only worked once during our entire stay. The rest of the staff seemed completely unmotivated and, frankly, rude.
The location of the hotel is great – it’s right in front of the beach and close to some shops and a party street. However, what’s unfortunate is the blatant drug dealing happening openly in front of the hotel. People were selling drugs right outside, and no one seemed to care. It made the area feel unsafe and uncomfortable.
As for the room, it was okay at best. We didn’t even get the room we booked. Instead, we were given a room with two single beds pushed together, which kept rolling apart, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. When we raised this issue with the staff, they simply told us the hotel was fully booked, which later turned out to be a lie.
The noise levels were unbearable. If you’re looking for a place to relax and sleep, this is not it. It was incredibly loud throughout the night, both from the street and some of the other guests, who were badly behaved, classless, and noisy.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend The Red Hotel if you're looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay. The location has potential, but the service, atmosphere, and noise levels make it a place I’d avoid in the future.
Receptionists were always friendly, room was always clean, location is excellent with short distance to beaches, restaurants, disco bus and bus to the airport. Really great.
He responded well at all times.
The inside of the hotel is also very clean.
