I had a very pleasant experience at Hotel Lei IBZ. The staff was friendly and professional, and the room was clean and comfortable. Everything was well organized, making for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend it!

I had a great time at the hotel, it was really nicely decorated, everyone was kind and helpful. The staff were so helpful with our bags after checkout. It was really nice to have a shower before going home

We arrived very late but reception is staffed 24/7 so there was no problem and friendly staff welcomed us & explained everything. Breakfast by the pool was plentiful & tasty with loads of options

The hotel was close to downtown Ibiza and many restaurants nearby. The room was clean and had a good bed. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, especially during the big storm

We really liked the hotel, especially the location and the views. The staff were all very friendly. In the evening we went up to the nightclub for a drink and there was a great party atmosphere.

Very quaint and clean boutique hotel. Probably the smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in, but it had everything I needed.

This hotel was perfect location for the old town and visiting Dalt Villa. The room was clean and had everything we needed. There was a small balcony however no chair to sit on there

We contacted them the day before leaving and the answer was… DON’T WORRY!!! Since then we have been on the phone for at least 5 hours… at least 60 phone calls in front of 8 witnesses and the exhausting dynamic was always the same

All in front of the customers of your hotel and your employees. Ruined holiday… we had to spend crazy amounts to find another solution in Ibiza and they wanted to give me €30 refund on the next booking

It was all a disaster… booked through trivago where the correct dates were entered, on trip. com I don’t know how for some offers, but they must understand the dates were postponed by a couple of days

Our time is worth it and people cannot be treated with such condescension and mediocrity at over 2,000 from home after they have worked and saved to treat themselves to a little vacation

We call her back through a manager… every time the operator changed and yet another useless manager who told me… I’ll call you back in 10 minutes and then disappeared

Hotel - clean spacious rooms, sea view beautiful just noisy from club opposite. Air con very good, balcony for every room a plus, pool area nice and clean, 3 pools including small kids pool, one quieter area too

Mark made the best chips in the world – absolute legend! I really enjoyed my stay here. Great food, amazing music, and such a lively energy that made the whole experience unforgettable.

One negative was how close it is to a terrible club next door called Plastik, it’s open till 5am so if you stay I’d ask for a room that faces in land as the sea view rooms face the club and the bass can be heard easily

In the most perfect location where you can still get sleep but walk to the strip in a matter of 5 minutes. If I come back to Ibiza, I would most definitely stay in this hotel again!

It‘s a very good place to stay in Ibiza cause said the price is affordable and the location is good. It’s near the central bus station in Santa Tonio‘s.

A no frills yet super neat and clean hotel. The staff is very welcoming,friendly and helpful. It is just a 5 minutes walk to the free car park,the bus station and the seafront promenade

Bit of a mess on checking in and they charged me for X2 people for city tax yet I told them there was just going to be one staying. Room spacious and bathroom spot on too. Big balcony, overall well worth the money

I did not stay here, but had an amazing meal in the restaurant. Got a huge T bone steak with all the helpings, including a drink for only €30. I had to takeaway half the steak, it was so big, but was that good

This Snack Bar! I love their bar setting I just wanted to relax for time on the beach. I’ve enjoyed their appetizer, pizza, and endless drinks, superb service just let them know you want to relax and drink

We paid for a sea view room, I asked for front facing on a high floor and that's exactly what we got, the view over the bay was incredible! All of the staff we came across from reception to cleaners were friendly and welcoming

The bathroom was spacious with an amazing rainfall shower and had Grown Alchemist products which smelled gorgeous. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of sockets and space to hang clothes for the three of us

3 of us stayed here for 4 nights in July. It's a small hotel which is beautifully decorated and is very central, easy to get on the boat to a beach club in Cala Bassa or Comte, not far from Mambos either

From this Hostal,high up on a hill in a nice quiet area,you got some incredible views to the sea,the Castle and over Ibiza City.

If I could I would give this place 10points or even 1000 😌 This place was most relaxing and the lady of the house was so so welcoming and warm, helped us to find our way and gave us beach towels for our beach time even though we were already checked out

Some of the rooms were a little tired, although clean, no where to put make up/wash bags. Plenty of sunbeds but pool was never really busy during our stay, expect it can get a little busy in the height of the season

We've just finished our second stay at this hotel in Santa Eulalia and can easily see ourselves returning. It really is a fantastic base for exploring the area

Stayed in one of the Brisa Suites for one night. The room was beautiful with an incredible view. Everything was comfortable and stylish. The only thing i would add would be a bathtub. We had lunch which was amazing
